Restaurant: I do not recommend burger for anyone. I had chicken burger, worst in my life. Horrible bun, completely tasteless dish.
Suggestion: Remove it from the menu or teach the chef. You can't cheat customers with this .
When I mentioned this to staf they said sorry, we changed the cook.

Fantastic resort
☺ Fantastic stay at Amara Beach Resort. Directly on a beautiful beach and walking distance to other bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. Joe, Mikayla and staff are really friendly and helpful,( Sew, Walen and Nora in particular). The food is amazing. Happy hour cocktails are the perfect way to enjoy the magical sunsets. We extended our stay. We would definitely recommend Amara..

On a passé un moment de grande qualité au Amara Beach Resort. Les chambres sont confortables, la plage est magnifique, et les prix tout à fait accessibles comparés aux autres hôtels des alentours. Mention spéciale au gérant des lieux, qui est très sympa, et à Bambam pour sa grande aide tout au long de notre séjour, et tous ses conseils !!

☺ Room is good and clean the staff is nice
☹ There was construction on top of our heads, heavy machinery and tiles falling on top of the room, super noise, starting early through the day, we couldn't rest in the room or enjoy the pool
The staff had not warned us about this

Hi Karin, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. We apologise for the construction and noise caused. September and October are our low season and the only time of the year when we can renovate and prepare the resort for our peak season, which starts in December. Hence, our lower prices this season. We are doing our best to complete the construction as quickly as possible and we sincerely apologise for any lack of communication from our staff.

☺המיטות היו נוחות, המחיר טוב והמלון ממש על הים
☹לא ניקו את החדרים כמו שצריך, היו לנו נמלים בחדר. ארוחת הבוקר לא הייתה מספיק טובה ולא מספיק מגוונת. כל בוקר היה רעש בלתי פוסק שהפריע לנו לישון. הבריכה נראתה מוזנחת ולא קיבלנו סבון חדש במשך 3 ימים.

My new home in Koh Phangan - pure perfection, staff and management are phenomenal, super comfortable room, right on the beach and has a beautifully kept swimming pool too.
