I don't understand what happened to this place. Went from trusted health care professionals/advisors to negligent and careless. Literally waited 2 entire months to see an allergist in their office (at the advisory of the healthcare professional we saw in office), even received a call to confirm PAYMENT EXPECTATION 3 days prior to the appointment, just to learn 2 HOURS before our scheduled visit that my child can't be seen??? You had 60 days to come to that conclusion and give us the curtesy to seek other healthcare options to support my child's need. We get 2 hours' notice??? So insensitive. So unprofessional. So irresponsible. Highly upset. I can't recommend that kind of service to any parent.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve been waiting a month to have both my kids records sent to a new pediatrician. Just to find out they only sent my sons not daughters. The staff is rude, Denise was rude, they put you on hold all the time for 10-15 mins on hand, you wait forever just to see the doctor who is always in a rush…..

I loved this pediatrician back then, but their service has changed, and I feel their staff is the worst. I called because I needed the physical record for my daughter, and they told me they would email it, but they never did. I called again, and they said the same thing, but they never did, so I had to wait until the next appointment to get it.
A few days ago, I took my son because she was having hives. He has high allergies and has requested a letter from school since every time he got the hives; the school nurse called me to pick him up. The doctor asked the nurse to get the paperwork for me, and the front desk said they would email it, but they never did. I called the 111th office. She said she would message the person in charge and email me the letter, which she never did. I needed it before the end of school so they could have a plan done for him. I’m disappointed.

Nurse Nicole is the one and only reason my daughter loves going to the Dr . Nicole is so caring and gentle ! She is absolutely amazing! She always takes her time with her! And we wouldn’t know what to do without her!

Dr Alzein is simply the best. I had him as my pediatrician growing up and I'm so grateful that he is taking care of my son. The staff is excellent and quick. We never have any issues getting the care we need.

Brianna was such a sweetheart when i called to say we were stuck in traffic and would be late . Took the stress away. The office staff was amd is wonderful kind patient and helpful.

Scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago with Dr Alzein. Less than 24 hours before my appointment they cancel and can’t rebook me until next month.Seem like Dr Alzein doesn’t care about a patient that’s been with him 20+ years. Im switching my primary physician.

I can't say enough good things about the staff. Aimee and Nicole put my anxiety riddled 10yrs old at ease at every visit. Dr Alzein takes his time with each patient and truly cares. They have helped with my daughter's 504 plan and made sure she has the support she needs. We switched about 5 years ago and it was thr best decision. I can always get her in right away if need be. They have an urgent care that has great hours. It's a great practice with multiple locations.
