Purchased a Patio cover from Alumicenter and could not be happier. They do exactly what they say they are going to do, deliver on time and quality materials. GREAT COMPANY and PRODUCTS.

I want to thank Ivonne for a fast and professional service. I ordered the DIY patio cover to attach to my house fascia. Anytime you order something from a distance for the first time, you tend to worry about many things including wiring money and getting a product. The whole process was seamless and the communication was great. I live in Leesburg so when I wired my money, Ivonne emailed me that the money was received and like the website said, it could be 3 weeks b4 delivery. So I was happy when I received the email that it was shipping early. In fact I received it exactly 7 days later. The delivery men were very polite and asked me where I wanted the parts. Everything was accounted for and in very good condition. I had asked for a quote from one of the local aluminum companies prior to finding Alumicenter. They wanted $600 more and they did not include the screws and bolts. Probably their DIY price.

I ordered a DYI carport roof kit. Awesome company to order from. Ivonne and Juan were awesome. The Kit was delivered on time and they were always available to answer questions. The video was great to review before installation. I would definitely order from them again. Cliff

We had a fabulous experience with Alumicenter! They were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. They also answered all of our questions with a friendly and pleasant attitude which is rare these days! We ordered a 10x40 DIY kit in September 2023, it was complete with all materials required for the job, and delivery was a few weeks earlier than expected. The materials were top notch, matched our existing screen cage and went together smoothly, even for a novice DIY’er. We would highly recommend this company to everyone and the only reason I gave them 5 stars is because there wasn’t a higher number. Thank you again for an amazing experience, it took our new pool and patio dream to the next level.

This was the best choice, Alumicenter is a quick professional and very friendly place. they helped from the quote to the end of my installation. the videos and all the info they provided made getting the permits quick and easy, the step by step installation guide with videos made it so simple to install. the price was very reasonable and the delivery was quick. I give them 100 thumbs up.

Very nice kit I installed it myself, I called for support but. There was none, make sure you are able to figure it out by yourself, if you are going to do it, I called for support they Said someone was going to call me back and never, I had to figure out. But it is nice when it is done very solid everything fits perfectly and everything you need to complete the work.

Disappointed in their customer service post construction. I would not recommend them to family and friends. They install aluminum roofs but do not do repairs to the roofs they install. They also cannot tell me who manufactured my panels. Edit: thank you for responding. I did call and when informed you no longer do repairs, I asked for a referral and was told that the lady doesn’t give referrals because she’s done that in the past and it didn’t work out well for her.

My family and I were fortunate enough to be able to have a pool and pergola built. Let me tell you noone pays any attention to the pool all the comments and attention are around the pergola. It is beautiful. Juan and his team did a fantastic job. They were responsive patient and more importantly the work was top notch. I highly recommend them.

I called to place on order and the office staff was very professional and helpful. When I received the order on site the driver and tech delivered the order and took there time to explain how can I install it. They was very helpful. I definitely will recommend them. The quality of materials is very good.

Alumicenter installed a 30' x 20' patio cover for me at house in Miami beach. They did an outstanding job and completed the work on budget and on time. The cleaned up afterwards.

My experience with Alumicenter was a great. They were extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. The delivery date and time was accurate. The delivery drivers were polite, fast, and reviewed the entire order with me before leaving. I would definitely recommend Alumicenter to others.

What a pleasure to work with Juan and his staff. The professionalism, fair pricing and stunning work. It was a pleasure to see them build the pergola. So precise. Juan did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. No complaints. Only high praise. I look forward to enjoying my beautiful pergola. CHanged the whole pool area.

Everything went perfect with this purchase - the delivery guys did a perfect job they brought everything all the way to the back yard and spend time with me explaning how to install the roof as i did this as a DIY project

Three years ago I decided to upgrade the back yard. My plan was to have a pergola built next to the pool, expand the patio and complete the project with an outdoor kitchen. After researching a number of companies, I chose Alumicenter and my wife and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Juan and his team did a great job. The pergola was done with permitting, ontime and within budget. Communication was excellent with Carolina in the office and I can't say enough about the professionalism of his construction team. I highly recommend Alumicenter for any aluminum project you may be considering. James Jackson

Alumnicenter went above and beyond expectations, I purchased a 10x22 DIY patio kit, came with everything you would need from bolts to sealant. Installation was fairly easy, also had a video if needed. My new patio looks awesome. Thank You Alumicenter!!!

I highly recommend this company. I made an error and ordered the wrong color trim which was not realizes until the delivery. Carolina and Juan jumped on my problem and with the help of the excellent delivery I received the correct parts that day. All of the parts and hardware were of a high quality and the only problem I had with installation was rain delays.

Working with Alumicenter was a very traumatic experience. We order a Louvered Roof with specific features, measures and colors and to make a story short, they painted the frame with a different color (1 moth delay to paint it back), sent part of the louvered with a very different measure, I had to find someone to cut the louvered to the right size and even though they paid the cost of this re-cutting it was an additional 2 days delay in my project. And last, but not least, they never delivered 2 fan beams that were part of my purchase order, we paid for it and did electrical arrangement in our property to fit the need of these fan beams. I had write and call many times but Juan Cohen (owner) has not answered to my mails and calls. I fell like I got scammed by Juan. Don't let they fool you, Juan will be a "yes guy" at the beginning, but once you make the payment he will give you the most absurd justifications for not delivering what you pay for. _______________________________________________________________________ Trabajar con Alumicenter ha sido una experiencia muy traumática. Nosotros solicitamos un techo Louvered con especificaciones claras de componentes, medidas y colores y para hacerles la historia corta, Pintaron el cuerpo de la estructura de un color diferente al solicitado (1 mes de atraso mientras re-pintaban la estructura), me enviaron parte de las Louvered de una medida diferente a la solicitada, se tuvo que enviar a corte y a pesar de que ellos pagaron por este costo, nos genero 2 días de atraso adicional en el proyecto. Por ultimo, nunca nos despacharon 2 fan beams que fueron solicitados desde el principio, por los cuales pagamos. y por los que tuvimos que hacer ajustes eléctricos en la estructura de nuestro patio para poder hacer las conexiones de los mismos. He llamado y escrito varias veces Juan Cohen (dueño), pero no me ha respondido sobre este tema. La verdad me siento estafado por Juan. No se dejen engañar. Juan les dirá a todo que si en un principio, pero una vez hayan realizado el pago les inventara las excusas mas absurdas para justificar el incumplimiento de su orden de compra

I got several quotes but at the end I went with Alumicenter. My first impression of the company was through Carolina. She was very helpful and polite and answered my many questions. Juan, Ivonne and the Andy and the rest of the crew were very professional. The instalation of my complete enclosure took just 8 days. I am very proud of the work they did on our backyard and pool area. Please see pictures.
