Altech doors is amazing, i’d recommend them over anyone. I use them at work and I’ve use them at my home. ۰Paul came out to my house and he was professional courteous, and he did a great job.

One hinge is loose and there is a tab between two door panels
Our entire team works very hard to resolve all issues the 1st time out, but unfortunately sometimes things are not for various reasons. The tech sent out is a "newer" technician & he is learning to be the best tech he can be, but it takes time & patience on all ends. Doug (owner) returned the next day with your original tech to show him what he did wrong & what to look for the next time. The 2 of them were able to resolve the issue quickly. When they were done they asked if you were completely satisfied & happy with your service, & you said "YES!", but unfortunately you posted this review before giving us the opportunity to correct the issue. Regardless of the 1 star review (you said you would gladly change your review when you can which we greatly appreciate), we still were happy to return because everyone at Altech Doors takes great pride in his/her work & as an opportunity to use this as a learning experience for all parties to practice patience & understanding.

Highly recommend them. Very professional... And give you accurate time ranges for visits along with reminder calls the morning of + updated arrival calls 30 min prior to visit! Prices are fair & reasonable. Grade = A+ :)

We just had our new garage door installed today.
Everyone from the company couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Chloe was a huge help in choosing a door the accented our house perfectly!
The crew that came for the install, Paul and Chase, were awesome! Very professional, kind, knowledgeable, and proficient. All around great guys. They showed great attention to detail and even put a nice shine on the door before they left.
Hopefully we won’t need a new door for a long time but, if we do, we’ll 100% be using Altech again.
