As we had investigate the above matter, we found that the staff was ready to change the dish which was told by you that its too much spicy , but after given better option by my staff you had given bad words to him and left the hotel by saying we will put negative review on google, Sir in our industry food and service are much sensitive issue and all aspect we upmost take care to our valuable customers and accordingly we expect from our customer to co-operate with same manner, negative also impact to staff hard work who are completely depend in this job.

Very very poor hospitality they make you change tables and don't allow you to sit on the table of your choice. The waiters are very insulting
