bad. got botched doing double eyelid surgery. doctor did epicanthoplasty on one eye (left) making it look very unsymmetrical and bad. I regret it a lot and wished I did it in korea- they know what theyre doing. I got charged 8k$ too

I share the same sentiments as previous reviewers whom have had their eyelid surgeries botched at this clinic. Went through multiple failed revisions with them, each revision being worse than the last till I decided to stop going back or risk further disfigurement to my eyes (original surgery was done by this dr samuel which obv did not go well). What’s left are significantly uneven looking lids which I have to rectify with eyelid tape with little success, including incisional and epicanthoplasty hypopigmented scars. A very costly regret. Update for clarity in regard to clinic’s reply: Multiple revisions were ATTEMPTED to fix the incisional eyelid surgery that was performed by Dr Ho which did not turn out well the first time. I emphasised the word ‘attempted’ because the subsequent revisions not only failed, it created even worse scarring and uneven eyelid creases. I also mentioned that I acquired scars from the epicanthoplasty, which the doc assured wouldn’t happen during consultation. With the high risks involved since they are located at the eyes and after the experience I’ve had, it is not hard to figure why there would not be a record of epicanthoplasty revision in their database because I am never stepping foot into their clinic ever again. For anyone considering surgery- please do adequate research before settling on a doctor. If it’s not an emergency, put in your time to seek all options. There are other platforms out there besides google reviews that will help give you a more informed decision. I have learnt an expensive lesson: physically, emotionally, and financially. Edit: This shady clinic tried to hide my review which was originally posted 2 years ago (with their reply to my review dated two years back as well), so I am reposting it. Also, you shouldn’t even bother attempting to do that when I have screenshots of everything.🐍
