Terrible service. My eyebrows arenāt even cousins they look completely different to each other. The service was quick, although their attitude was outrageous. I am so upset with my experience at allure beauty northwest. I felt judged and treated horrible . Do not go here if you donāt want your eyebrows to look terrible
Cleanliness is good and at least, the service will be done after this long wait. I went in for a massage & scrub. Staff mentioned to wait 15 minutes, which i did. Only to be told upon my return, that the staff doing it copped out by going on their break. Waiting an additional 15 minutes. Losing points for the waiting times and unprofessionalism. Loss of trust and first impression meant that i will not come back.
Just went here with my 1 year old daughter who usually is well behaved in appointments, however this time my daughter decided to cry the entire time. This was my first time getting my eyebrows done in about 8 months and my worst nightmare was my baby crying the whole time. I can't remember her name but not only was she doing my eyebrows but also trying to comfort my daughter at the same time. The service was quick and my eyebrows still looked amazing. Friendly staff, amazing service.
I had my eyebrows done it was a horrible job i have a wedding next week and my eyebrow arent even straight or matching one side uneven and the other side is off balance and she didnt even cut my hairs that have grown out she cut around all my hairs that were growing so barly even donw anything to my eyebrowa just made things worser would not consider going here ever again piss me off
