Today was my second visit for a facial I had the Pure Fiji Vitamin C facial with Ramen , she did an amazing job and Iām extra happy with my skin on both occasions. You can see how much she truly loves her job with her effort and enthusiasm.

I visited Allure Beauty Salon at Westgate Mall on Motherās Day and asked for a long layered haircut with front framing. Unfortunately, the service I received did not match what I requested. Only a quick front fringe/bang cut was done, and no proper layers were added.
The whole service took less than 5 minutes, yet I was charged $55. When I asked for clarification, I was told that āthis is how thin hair is,ā which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I left feeling disappointed because the result was not what I asked for, and the communication and service experience were not handled well. I hope the salon improves in listening to customer requests and providing clearer consultation before cutting.
I went to have my eyebrows waxed and the lady accidentally got wax on my eyelashes. It ended up pulling some of them out as you can see in the picture attached there is now a gap in my lashes. When I asked for a discount she then said it wasnāt her fault and kept denying accountability and making excuses for how it was my fault.
