disobedient of request i asked for a eyebrow tint and thread and the services i was given was eyebrow waxing and tint of the wrong colour. i asked for them not to be too dark but the medium brown colour and when i was told they were finished the colour on the eyebrows was bleach which was blonder then the state my original eyebrows were in. i then asked if i could get a shade darker and once they dye from that colour was removed and i was presented a mirror the issue arises that the shape was uneven and my right eyebrow was significantly thinner and looked like i had a inner slit. when i asked the beautician how that happened she said “you flinched and moved” when in fact she should of taken accountability for her error. on departure of allure beauty botany i was charged $30 for a service that made my eyebrows look worse then when i originally went in

Rip off Absolutely disgusting service.My mum went in ladt year cost $275 to get hair dye and cut.Her hair is very short hair,total rip off would not recommend this place.Everyone I asked couldn't believe the price my mum is 84 .Wasn't a great colour and hardly looked like the cut it and over the top in price.

Don’t get the ladies name her customer service was terrible job was rushed Didn’t get the lady’s name she was so rude her customer service was horrible. I was the first customer of the day she rushed the job and glued the extension to my eye lid I told her about this and she continued to say she didn’t it is scratching my eye ball. Asked her for a compliment eye lash brush she said no took photos without asking and then told me to get up and charged me $130 will never ever return to this place she’s just lucky I was in a rush if I could get a refund on these things I would.

AMAZING RIAM THE HAIRDRESSER I am a blonde and had messed up my last at home colout . Riam was AMAZING . She did not judge me, just helped and my hair looks fantastic . I have had 2 compliments today ! . It looks silky and natural . I have been to hairdressers for over 25 years and I think she is one of the best... so hard working and talented . The lady next to me had her roots touched up and also looked fantastic . Trust her completely and will be back

Awesome! I have always been impressed with the staff at Allure in Bayfair but not always with the results but yesterday changed that. I had an eyelash & eyebrow tint with Dolly and it was awesome. Not only did she do a fantastic job but her lovely manner and gentle touch was what made the whole experience a delight for me so I would highly recommend Dolly . Love my new look :-) thank you so much!

BAD EYEBROW TINT EXPERIENCE 18th January 2025 Bad Eyebrow tint experience - I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was so rough, I didn’t get to chose which colour tint, and I had to pay for an eyebrow shape even though I only asked for the tint as my eyebrows had already been shaped, also pretty much got made to pay n rushed out the door, my experience was not good. Altogether I had to pay $50 and I’m so upset, I cried because they looked so horrible, misshaped and they were black, my hair is light brown so it looks wrong. I wish I could get a refund but I don’t want to go back as I’m embarrassed to walk around the mall
