I loved it the lady was so kind at first I was a bit nervous because I had never been there but at the end of it I was so happy with my hair it was the best it ever was i don’t know how to explain myself how happy I am but I 100% know that I will definitely be going back there. 🩷

What a beautiful soul this lady is, so genuine in her manner.
As for my haircut absolutely beautiful Carol.
Carol styled me a Pixi cut and my goodness at first I thought it to short gonna look like a man, but not even looks amazing.
This woman is highly skilled as a hair stylist and I absolutely recommend her to cut and style one's hair.
Again Carol you are amazing and such a beautiful genuine woman.

Lovely facials , Thank you to Priyanka and Kiran for lovely facials a brow threading. Both ladies were great and took very good care of myself and my husband. We will recommend some refinement in other areas like the treatment rooms, add calming music, lighting and perhaps heating.

I bought 1 bottle of 6ml Hair Serum for $25 to know after that the box has 10pcs of bottle and they are selling it for only $100. Upon checking my transaction and check the item on the website I tried to call them and ask if I can still purchase the remaining bottle in the box since it seems that it is really pricey for only 1 bottle and which they didn’t explain to me the whole box. The time I arrived in their shop one of the lady told me that I need to purchase the whole new box instead of the remaining from the previous box because it is no longer available. For the span of 1 day after I went to their shop it is really hard to believe that the remaining 9 bottles are already sold. Seriously?
Will never be back again! Really poor customer service!

I’ve had positive experience with the ladies here for my eyebrows threading. Until today, when one of them recommended that I did eyebrow tint. I was in a bit of a hurry and she insisted that I did the tint cause they’d look nice. I didn’t look in the mirror properly when it’s done until I got to my next stop and saw myself in the car mirror, THEY ARE NOT IDENTICAL. I rushed home and tried my best to wipe em off with a toner, leaving my eyebrows looking all red and I’m late for my next appointment. They charged me $33 for this nightmare. Very disappointed
*Now I see it clearly. I get why she suggested for the tint cause she messed up the threading. You can clearly see it here on my right eyebrow

Melissa is Amazing!! I have been to so many hairdressers over the last 20years trying to find the right one. I’ve never been able to settle until now. She understands my needs and in so many words of me fluffing about she can work out what I really want done to my hair always pulling it off. Every time I leave her, my hair looks incredible, she has done the foils even and right to the tip of the root, nailing the colour. My confidence is boosted, I feel better about me with the whole experience and time in the chair she is warm and welcoming making sure all your needs are met.
