$99 service call (which is supposed to be applied to the final cost) to diagnose a freezer that displayed. The technician was at the house maybe 30 minutes after being 2 hours late. Said I would have a quote within 24 hours. It took nearly 48 hours after me having to call to follow up. The quote I got to fix it was an additional $200 and included a part that they said was fine during the visit. I looked online and could buy the part for $70 (shipped to my house) and honestly looks like it is just plug and play at this point. They lowered my quote to an additional $175, so all in $275 to fix a $70 part that probably shouldn't take more than an hour on a freezer that probably costs $700. No thanks......

Jason, please allow me to address your concerns here. You did not allow me a chance to resolve your issues (which were minor, I don't agree with your 1 star, that's pretty harsh). You never asked to speak to management. We give all customers a 2 hour window, this is because sometimes we have trouble on a previous job and they can take longer than planned. I apologized to you for being behind, you said it was ok. And my assistant kept you informed of my ETA. I gave her the quote shortly after I left your house, to give to you. That was same day. The additional part was $13, and I only presented it as an option. If you only wanted the control board, that was your decision. You are located in Taylorsville, we are in Newton. You were charged a LOCAL service fee, which you approved. If you didn't like the remaining balance (which I felt was more than fair), you can decline, which you did. This is going too far. And yes, you can buy your own part and install it yourself. I wouldn't expect any less of you. You informed me that a relative gave you that freezer for free. But that doesn't mean repairs are free. We have fuel costs, and other overhead costs to run this business. If we cannot mark up a part, we do not make a profit. It is a long drive out to where you live, and I feel like you haven't considered that. I'm not sure why that is so hard to understand? Please reconsider your rating. If I have a company I'm upset with, I will still leave a 2-4 star review unless they really deserve a one star rating. I don't feel like we do in this case. Please feel free to reach out to me directly to discuss your concerns. All you have to do is ask for management. Thank you.

Have had nothing but issues out of our hvac unit placed by them.. it’s been barely 5 years and seems like every season change we have issues.. one of which today it was discovered whichever tech placed it didn’t even screw the unit in place in the attic…. Just taped it up. Every time I’ve called them for help there seems to be nothing wrong when they come look.. and nothing is ever covered under warranty.. again it’s barely 5 years old use Taylored-air or literally anyone else.

Rebecca, please allow me to respond to your claims here. My assistant has contacted you numerous times and has not been able to even get you on the phone. She has left several messages. You have not returned any of her calls. You never asked to speak to management, that I am aware of. You are not even allowing us an opportunity to handle any issues you may have. If you will not answer the phone, then we cannot schedule you for a service visit.
We keep very accurate records of any service we have done since 2020 (our system was changed and automated at that time). I only show ONE time you called in to complain that the system was not working properly. This was in 2024, the system was installed in 2021. We sent a technician out, who reported that there were no issues with the system. But now you are stating that you have had issues every season...?
I believe that to be false, judging by our service records. If you want us to help, you have to call in and make an appointment. I will be happy to look at it for free, if there are any issues we will be happy to correct them. Of course, if you are calling Taylored air or some other company for repairs, it is very possible they are telling you that something was not done properly in order to gain your business. I cannot speak for other companies. Any HVAC system should be maintained every 6 months. You never scheduled any spring or fall maintenance checks with us, and I am sure you were asked to be put on a rotation for regular system checks. Neglecting a system will result in problems, especially after years without maintenance. We are not liable for any system we install after 1 year from the time of install, especially if it has not been maintained. The manufacturer covers major parts up to 10 years. But, I am willing to help you despite that. Please call our office at 980-890-6102 and ask to speak to management. If you really want our help, that is what you should do. If you involve any other company that will only complicate matters even more. If we do not hear from you, I will have no other choice but to consider the case closed. I do not appreciate a 1 star review when you haven't even gone through the proper channels so that we can help you with your case. So let us help, or not. That is all I ask. Thank you.

Monte is the best. He is very responsive, professional, knowledgable and smart. He saved me so much by repairing my refrigerator when it was struck by lightning and had since repaired it again. His quotes are more than fair and he works hard. I highly recommend All Systems Pro!!!

Monte came out to check out our dryer that was not performing as well as it used to. He came out and determined there was a clog in the exhaust pipe preventing the dryer from ventilating properly. Instead of trying to push me towards an expensive repair on the exhaust pipe, he pointed me to a $20 option I could buy myself from Lowe's to re-route the exhaust. All Systems Pro is a very honest and knowledgeable company and I would highly recommend them for all of your appliance repair needs. Thanks Monte!!

I appreciate the honesty of the technician who came out to troubleshoot the dishwasher. I'd rather just replace the whole unit than make guesses and replace enough parts to pay for another one.

I had to pleasure of meeting Monty when my LG refrigerator and freezer completely died. The fridge is only 6 years old and he could have easily made $700-$800 off of me, but after talking through my options, it made more sense for me to invest that money in a new refrigerator. I appreciated his honesty and advice and will not hesitate to contact him in the future for any appliance repair needs.
