Had a very bad experience with 1st Allbest Human Resource Pte Ltd. Their service was terrible, especially this lady called Mheg, they were unresponsive when support was needed and showed little regard for follow-up. It felt like they only cared about collecting payment, not about providing real help. Would not recommend.

Extremely Disappointed with 1st Allbest I had a very disappointing experience with 1st Allbest. Mheg, the agent I was liaising with, was unresponsive and displayed a really poor attitude throughout. It felt like they were only interested in collecting their agency fees rather than genuinely helping either the employer or the helper. There was no proper communication, no sense of responsibility, and certainly no effort to understand what we needed. It’s clear they operate with a profit-first mindset, not a people-first one. Definitely not the kind of agency I would recommend if you’re looking for someone who actually cares.

All best的门店和supermaid不清楚是共用门店还是同一个老板旗下不同的店名,大家看图片玻璃门上有supermaid合同也是和supermaid签署。是一次非常不愉快的经历,中介Desmin是一个十足的极其不负责任的工作人员,介绍的菲律宾女佣LyAnne瞒着雇主刷雇主的公交卡消费,无端白眼雇主并且抢儿童的玩具还言语威胁说玩具是垃圾,总总恶性不愿再提…投诉中介无用后,女佣自行辞职跑回中介。Desmin联合女佣设下圈套诱导我付款40一天食宿费,被我拒绝后,继续设套讲找不到合格女佣如果愿意就继续等,不愿意就退回50%中介费。请问这样循环下去是不是可以一个女佣就有无限中介费可以赚? 大家擦亮眼睛远离无良中介!

Our last helper decided to returned home immediately and last agent resigned. Having a new born at home, this sudden turn of event and no one to turn to messed up our entire life and schedule. After a few call to the hotline, Mheg pick up our call and immediately jump into the case to help us negotiate with our existing helper and find a replacement helper within a month. She is very well organize and professional and experience in her work. She able to find a right profile for us within a few days. Definitely will recommend friends to her.

I have spent close to $3k SGD to have a helper work (with subpar standard) for 6 weeks from this agency. A very expensive lesson I hope everyone doesn’t need to take. I had a disappointing experience with 1st Allbest (worst) maid agency. The helper they matched me with was very inexperienced, despite claims of 2-year full contract experience. Important information about her past employment history was missing, which would have influenced my decision (she was fired after 4 months in HK but this info was not in her bio). Once hired, she proved to be incompetent and unhygienic, requiring constant supervision to complete tasks. Returning her to the agency was costly, as I had to pay extra for her room and board ($30/day). This information was only disclosed on the day we were picking the maid up. Be cautious and aware of hidden costs with this agency. The timeline for getting a refund is lengthy, and you need to pay close attention to all the details to ensure everything is correct. (I haven’t gotten my refund yet as I am jotting this down)

Reached out to them while looking for a Filipino domestic helper. I find it really odd that they will not provide basic information such as the full name of the helper that I am interviewing. I have used other agencies in Singapore and never faced this issue. I would be cautious with them.

Hired a helper through Derek. Service was good up till the point of collecting payment. After that, there was no service. Any issues and calls to the agency were not attended to. After helper did not work out, I requested for refund of agency fees. Agency could not find a replacement of helper in a short time. Agency said that they will only refund 50% of $588 (agency fees), bulk of the payment have been attributed to other terms such as processing fees and this is not entitled to any refund. Will be reporting the whole matter to MOM. Very unethical business practices and refund policies.

I recently engaged this maid agency to help me hire my second helper, and while the overall experience had its challenges, I’d like to acknowledge the efforts of Mheg, who assisted me throughout the process. Even though there were challenges in getting the helper I originally had in mind, she quickly helped me find a replacement that matched the criteria I set. The main disappointment I had was the inability to get a helper within the timeline I had communicated early on. While I understand that certain factors may have been beyond their control, this aspect of the service could be improved. Mheg was helpful & polite, easy to deal with. She arranged profiles & interviews quickly. We had a hiccup where the first helper we confirmed couldn't come at the last minute. This was frustrating as we needed a helper ASAP, & we had to chase the agency for many days before they revealed this. However Mheg was eventually able to send suitable new profiles & arrange interviews ASAP. Mheg also managed to expedite the new helper's arrival. So far we are very happy with the helper.

Very inefficient and unprofessional service by Derreck Chia. When getting payment they are very prompt but when i asked for transfer after realising one month into fdw was not performing well and talking back. Without considering our requirements, they'll just mass send profiles and then go silent for weeks till we enquire again. This continued for 3 months n once payment received fdw wanted to transfer ... just like that.... with NO 1 month notice !lots of money , time and effort wasted. If only they had intervened to talk to helper or have a replacements....We kept asking for profiles but they were not efficient in providing one When we didn't want to continue , and asked for refund, Derreck promised refund will be given 3 weeks time (don't give excuse about MOM guidelines cos your agency wrote an email black and white stating the date) but .... kept they giving excuses like account dept was on leave, they are busy with xmas party ( though i care) ... after chasing them like a loanshark we got the refund eventually but that means 70% of the insurance and 50% of agency fees gone!!!! Out of my 12 years of having helpers and dealing with maid agency, this is the WORST ! And also instead of sending helper back to her hometown via flight they made her return to batam.... not sure if it's ethical bcos employers are not able to do this but agency can meh? Although they said they talked to the fdw and she's ok , i have my doubts...
