After a few miserable experiences with other agency, I went to this one for help. Derek supported me, he has been very professional, efficient and helpful. Whenever I need his help and advice, he is always there. He helped me find a good maid who has been with us for 1 year already. I think I will only go to Derek when I need a new maid in the future.

This is the 1st time we are recruiting a helper from Allbest. Mheg's service was surprising very fast as she could share many relevant helpers' profile and set up the virtual interviews in no time. Her response time is also prompt and that allows us to progress the selection. Mheg helped us source for profiles around early to mid May 2024 and we picked up our helper last Sat, 8 June 2024. My first time engaging derek and it the worst ever. He sent alot of candidates' biodata which are not suitable for me and finally got a transfer helper that finally suits me. During video interview, he also on leave. Never even met him before. It all handle by his admin including biodatas searching. During the handover, turns out he was not at the outlet and he didnt even inform me, got his colleague to go through the contract with my helper and didnt even print for her the contract. 3 months later, my helper wan to transfer msg derek and derek lied to her that already spoke to me and i said everything is okay. When i found out, i msg derek to clarify and he keep on never reply until i have to call him and he say he on leave and overlooked. Just today i told him about another issues and he again bluetick me when i want him to look for an replacement. Dont believe those gd reviews that you seen here.

Maid came as estimated so no hiccups. Mheg guided the process well and knows what’s needs to be done, only one thing, perhaps follow up with employer more regularly, but otherwise, good service.

Beware of this agency - they will provide you helpers with fabricated biodata. They have sent me a helper that on paper has passed Secondary school and assessment of her English is 4/5 according to the agency but she can’t speak, write or read a word of English. I noticed another review that has the same allegation of fabricated biodata. This is the worst agency I have come across with the rudest people (esp. Indian lady Anjali) and poorest quality of service that is possible in Singapore. The agency is very poorly run and no matter how much you try and beg, you will never be able to speak to the manager - whether on phone or in person. The manager is completely absent and people in office are clueless and incapable beyond copy pasting contracts. I unfortunately had to deal with them because I was desperate for a helper and I found one online and she was working with this agency. I’m posting this review to save everyone else from fraud, frustration and misery. I have worked with other agencies in the past and they all have a basic standard and quality, but not this one.

First time getting a helper for my family. Mheg is a very helpful and responsive assisting in my proceedings. Very hassle free and trustworthy communications. Mheg even work on weekends when I texted her last min. Got a very good and hardworking myanmar helper thru the agency. All arrangements from selecting the helper to getting her to work here was all managed by the agency professionally. Highly recommends.
