Tony was very responsive and arranged appointments quickly, and the visiting engineers were very progressional and patient, and explained all aspects of the testing before issuing the certificates. The only reason it’s not a 5-star rating is because the original appointment was not honoured and was changed last minute to the next working day.

I’ve used ALC for a few years. Tony is great, the service is good value, the team is highly responsive by email and whatsapp. Great to ge the annual reminders too. Highly recmmended.
