We hired Esau (All-In-One owner) based on Google reviews and were at first pleased with his first job of repairing a wall. As other reviews stated, he was friendly and seemed professional.
However, he was unresponsive to a request for a quote for a follow up job. While here for the first job, he dutifully looked at the crawlspace we wanted to renovate and promised to get back to us with an estimate. Weeks passed without hearing anything. Because of his professionalism on the first job, we were patient and allowed him time to respond ... weeks and now months have passed with no follow up. We courteously checked-in by text and phone, and when (if) he answered he gave the impression that he had forgotten and would "get back to us" very soon ... but he never did.
Thus, we have re-evaluated our initial assessment and must rate him very low on dependability. We may have lucked out on the first job ... now we are in search of a more reliable contractor. Very disappointed after patiently holding out hope for so long.
Last week two of your men came to my home to replace two interiors and repair some exterior trim. They were prompt, efficient and well organized. Although I thought they couldn`t finish the work in one day they did! The fit and finish work are excellent. If I need any work done in the future you will be the first call I make!
