Unbelievably kind, at short notice, Craig came to us to pat test some appliances that I brought back from Spain for an old lady who is returning to UK from spain.he changes the plugs, so when I return next week with the old lady, the care home will except her pat tested TV, well beyond the call of duty, and angel

Hate to be lone voice of dissent among the 5-star reviews here, but after 13 days of sending the details of a property I was buying, no effort was made to arrange for the testing. All I got were 2 emails one week apart saying it would be arranged. This delayed the purchase by 2 weeks. Edit: Contrary to the response here, I have email proof to show that they agreed to contact the estate agents to fix a time. They were not contacted. I was also told it would be done in 2 weeks, and was not told about a 3-4 week wait time. I have no desire to 'blackmail' anyone. Why on earth would I do that when there are numerous other businesses in the area that do this? The owner sent me intimidating emails after I wrote this review. I have ALL the concrete proof. Not just empty claims.

This an incredibly unfair review based on the condition that asked to perform the checks at the Property. Firstly you wanted it done immediately which it difficult in any respect being a busy company dealing with hundreds of customers. A reasonable to time to allow us to booking in with our busy schedule should be expected. Secondly you did not have access to the Property to be able to perform the checks and we're unwilling to aquire the keys from the estate agent to allow access, if it had been as urgent as you had suggested I would of thought that you would of made time to get the keys to expediate the process. It's a shame that your purchase has been delayed but orangiseing the necessary requirements needed to sell a property in the required time and not leaving things till the last minute would fall under the responsibility of the Property owner not ourselves. **update on this review - this customer is now trying to blackmail the company with this review to try and for his inspection through. Anyone reading this review beware of customers like this man **

Well what can I tell you about Craig & propat...fabulous guy honest sincere .genuine ..tells you what's important and what exactly needs to be done to put things right. Very very professional at what he does.friendly approach to people .fabulous ...it was an honour to meet you Craig.
