I've used their services 3 times already and I will be back for more. They are cheaper than other agents I've found and they managed to get me an extension that I asked very late...without a problem. 6 stars from me. Or just a big yellow one. See you in 3 months ? Another good thing is that they are located 3 walking minutes from Bui Vien. So it's very easy to get there if you come from outside HCMC as I do as all buses end up there. I think they deliver anywhere too.
