Luke and Matt were amazing. Apart from being friendly and really lovely people, they were professional, efficient, and completed the job without any fuss, and didn’t leave any residual mess. I would highly recommend them. I should also mention Aaron who quoted the job and checked in at every stage. The job was completed on the same day and I found them all to be professional and customer focused.

A gentelmen called me in the afternoon, asked to provide pictures of items. I had only 4 items (less than 1m3) to remove I was quoted $350 for that. When I asked why so expensive person did not responded and then started getting abusive and telling me that he knows who I am and that I should not be playing games. Well now this is a public review, so I hope the company knows that I am not playing games. Hoping for an apology and maybe a service here which I have requested in the first place.

Initially it would have been two loads, one today and 1 tomorrow as the truck had quite a lot on there already. But after much thought, Aaron decided that the whole lot will be taken away in one go. Called Aaron on Tuesday and the team was able to show up early Wednesday for our estate clean-up. They worked quickly and even swept up. Don't be surprised about how much it seems to cost - remember these companies pay hefty fees to dispose of your items and they are doing all the heavy lifting.
