Before you book with Allen Medical please be aware that they use an automated direct line to make appointments. meaning: if you’re wanting to call back the business or provider you spoke to that set your appointment for any reason to ask questions, cancel, or reschedule anything with them, they have to reach you. They’re direct line on their website and online does not work. This is how their company operates, so if you dislike 0 direct service help when getting services. I wouldn’t book with them. The way they handle business seems a little scammy...
I had my first Pico Laser facial treatment from Raven. She made sure to answer all my questions and made the procedure very comfortable. I had relatively no down time or discomfort after my procedure. I will be scheduling my next session with her again. I also wanted to point out that some of these procedures are not a "one and done" treatment, although my skin already looks like it has improved after one treatment and my makeup application this morning looks fabulous, these procedures were not meant to fix years of skin imperfections and sun damage after your first treatment, if they were, these treatments would not be as safe as they are now. Your skin consists of many layers and is constantly turning over, so to expect one treatment to solve all of this is grossly inaccurate. So, please ask questions before you embark on any of these procedures and realize that this is an investment in yourself that takes time, just like the gym.

I’ve been seeing Raven for my laser hair removal treatments, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience so far! As someone who’s new to the process, I really appreciated how patient and thorough Raven was in explaining everything. She took the time to walk me through each step, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. The treatment itself has been surprisingly quick and easy, and I’m already starting to notice some great results. I had an extremely disappointing experience at your establishment today. Despite receiving reminders to arrive on time but then The doctor running late 35 minutes.
The nurse then informed me that I needed to reschedule, as I hadn't completed the required 52 units of Botox. I requested a smaller treatment, but was told it wasn't possible without forfeiting my deposit.
I ultimately decided to cancel my appointment and forfeit my deposit rather than proceed with a treatment I didn't want. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received and will be taking my business elsewhere.
