James was incredible, he was over to my house within an hour of calling and clean our carpet so that it looked better than new. Sometimes I find carpet cleaners leave behind a fuzziness on the carpet, James took his time to do this well and after a few layers and applications the stain of green acrylic paint and toothpaste was removed as if it had never been there on my wool carpet! I would HOGHLY RECOMMEND!

I never thought it would be possible to remove the ink stain on my carpet. Johnny did his magic, and with perseverance he managed to make the stain disappear. Wow! Amazing!
