Hello Mrs. Schreiber, sorry to hear you are not happy with our service. I apologize that no one responded to your contact us request, it was in our spam folder, we don’t know why it was flagged as spam, but until we searched for it, due to your negative review, we didn’t see it. In regards to your complaint, I spoke with the team about loading your two trucks, and they said the loading was easy, and even tho you had plenty of straps, they wished you had a few more pads. Sean assured me he did stretch wrap certain items, and don’t remember why he wouldn’t have wrapped the buffet. He did strap all the load well, and was fairly certain nothing would shift or fall. Once a load is out of our care, custody and control, we do not accept any responsibility for damages. Mainly because we do not know how the vehicle was driven on the way to the unload, and also because we don’t know how the items were handled during the unload. We do have a place on our bill of lading, where you sign the truck was loaded to your satisfaction. This would have been the time to voice any concern about lack of stretch wrap or padding. 12 pads, to load two separate loads, in two different trucks? We are sorry you had damages, but we can’t and don’t accept any responsibility for them. We sincerely regret that we didn’t see your initial complaint, and hope you enjoy your new home.
