Stayed at Alive beach resort last weekend and it was a lovely experience! The property is very close to the beach, with a neat row of cottages and a lawn alongside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they serve good homely food. Harihareshwar beach is beautiful and we had a great time at Alive resort!

This property is surrounded by trees, a garden, a couple of hammocks, a bonfire, and a few relaxing chairs. The sea-beach is literally a couple of minutes away from the cottages. Everyone staying here can also play badminton in the garden area. You can literally stay only at this resort without having to go anywhere else for sightseeing. They have everything; a sea-beach for enjoyment, a garden for roaming on bare feet, enjoying morning and evening tea on the porch or in the garden, playing badminton, or else sitting on the hammocks for a long time. Alive beach resort is for everyone. I mean, kids, youngsters, adults', newly married couples, seniors and newly married couples can also enjoy their privacy and personal space here. Date of our visit 11/04/22 to 15/04/22 We were a family of four, including one senior citizen, my grandpa, who is 92. And a charging point is also there in the porch area. They had this concept of eco-friendly things provided in the cottages, which is something really appreciative.

Now coming to their customer service:

Here, I discovered that they are deserving of it. The host, Prathamesh Kulkarni, is always on his toes. Helping the customers and providing the necessary things along with the add-ons is his first priority. However, there are a few changes that I want to suggest.

1) A small fan would be a good addition, especially during the summers in the porch area with the ocean breeze cottage.

2) A mirror and a hanger for clothes are inside the rooms.

3) Security will not be an issue, but the addition of CCTV cameras near the beach area might be a good thing.

Overall, we were highly satisfied and impressed by their hospitality. I would strongly recommend this resort to everyone. A special thanks to Prathamesh Kulkarni and his team for their assistance. I would love to visit here again.

Alive Resort, Harihareshwar...one of the best resorts we have stayed in till now. 2 min walk from a private Calm beach, lots of greenary around, ample space for kids to play in the lawn as well as on the beach, no hussle bustle of other tourists on the beach, and much more. Location is perfect, ample parking is available. Cottage we stayed in ( Nest).. was pretty spacious, with extra mattress fitting in easily and still lot of space to move about. The roof was high enough with that village like feel yet too modern. All facilities in the room were good, kettle with neatly arranged tea coffee sachets, bath kits etc. Small detailing like bandaid and earbuds took my attention. Service : Excellent. Routine room service was good...but what we appreciated the most is that they provided milk for my 5yo daughter even when asked for at 11.30 in the night. Kids food was made according to their choices ( less spicy) but still yummy. Prathamesh Kulkarni took very good care of all our needs. Deepesh, his brother and other staff was very cooperative and always smiling. Food : Quality and Quantity was good, rates reasonable, but you need to order in time..as last minute orders might not be always possible in such remote areas. Don't forget to ask for the yummy "Amboli" for breakfast, it was delicious and filling. And last but not the least thanks a lot Amrita Tamhane for hassle free booking and great cooperation. We extended our stay by one more day...as we loved the place so much...Thanks a ton Jayesh Karnik for recommending this one...we created memories for lifetime. All in all a very pleasant and happy stay for us...kids enjoyed to the fullest. Highly recommended and would love to visit again.

The cottage is quite compact, cozy, and most of the amenities are also available. The cottage was clean, the bathrooms were sanitary, hot and cold water were available 24-7, and the air conditioner was operational. For hot water, ketley is also provided, along with complementary green tea, coffee, regular tea, and milk powder sachets. A couple of wooden bottles are there, which keep our water cool for a while. And a charging point is also there in the porch area. They had this concept of eco-friendly things provided in the cottages, which is something really appreciative.

Now coming to their customer service:

Here, I discovered that they are deserving of it. The host, Prathamesh Kulkarni, is always on his toes. Helping the customers and providing the necessary things along with the add-ons is his first priority. As I have mentioned, we were a family of four, so we needed one extra bed for my grandpa, and he immediately arranged it on his own without any hesitation. There are a total of three beds in the Ocean Breeze cottage. Prathamesh's team is also active, including the helper boys and the cook.

Coming to food

They provided us with one of the best home-cooked meals. What is really impressive is that the cook will listen to you and modify the meals accordingly. We stayed here for 4 nights, and the meals were very tasty and freshly cooked. The non-veg thali and prompfret thali were delicious too.

However, there are a few changes that I want to suggest.

1) A small fan would be a good addition, especially during the summers in the porch area with the ocean breeze cottage.

2) A mirror and a hanger for clothes are inside the rooms.

3) Security will not be an issue, but the addition of CCTV cameras near the beach area might be a good thing.

Overall, we were highly satisfied and impressed by their hospitality. I would strongly recommend this resort to everyone. A special thanks to Prathamesh Kulkarni and his team for their assistance. I would love to visit here again.

Great place, owner is one heck of a friendly guy and also they have very nice food plates both veg and nonveg They have a epic chef who use to work in the Indian marines corp but is now working with them cooks amazing food can also be ur local guide 😅 and great part is its on the beach ⛱️
