I was injured in a vehicle accident on last year and I chose The Alfred Firm to represent me because I trusted that they would fight for me just as they did for their previous clients. Johnny kept me updated and although the other party put up a strong defense, he was confident that they would settle. They offered a number that Johnny wasn't please with and he declined, I am so glad that he did because when they did settle it was more than DOUBLE the initial amount! I took his word for it and trusted his judgement through the whole process. Litzy and Amanda also played a high role in keeping me informed. Litzy thoroughly answered everything I asked and gave clarity when needed. Although the process took some time, things went so smooth. I highly recommend (100/10) The Alfred Law Firm and look forward to using their services for future endeavors.

I want to take this time to publicly thank the Alfred Firm for handling my recent case so professionally. From the moment I called them they worked with me every step of the way. Anytime I called with questions Amanda and Byron always called right back to answer any questions or update me on my case. If you are looking fit a firm that will advocate for you, make sure you are cared for and compensated for any damages this is definitely the firm to trust. First if all they do have very good customer service as far as phone etiquette. However my experience with this law firm was not a good one. I was told that they are reputable, which is why I contacted them in the first place. My family and I needed a lawyer badly so I called them on April 26th and spoke to Amanda you consulted with me. She sent me a confirmation email stating that we spoke to each other, and she said I would hear back in a few days. Those few days came and gone and I called back on a Saturday since they are open 24 hours. I spoke to Byron Alfred himself and reiterated my situation. He then said his team will start working on my case and I should hear back soon. Once again days went by and I did not hear anything. I called again and spoke to Amanda. She had NO knowledge of me speaking with Byron Alfred and said she would get back with me later that day, she did NOT! I called a few days later and asked to speak to Byron again and was told he would get back with me and he never did. This has gone on for about two weeks and I have not heard anything . Its says alot about your establishment you can't simply call or acknowledge a client to begin their case and not simply return a phone call.
