Very unresponsive staff but if they will ask for payment they are very fast. Asking 1000aed for a NOC imagine. Talked to 3 individuals for just a portal credentials so i can renew my own license for a whole day since morning i was coordinating with them and now its 5pm I still didn’t get what im requesting for. This people are good only if the price is right.
I have processed my company formation in RAKEZ through Alfa Zone Business Services. I am overall satisfied with the services they provide and recommend it to the entrepreneurs for there ventures.

Took Rakez license from them, during deregistration I request them to try for discount from Rakez as my company was never operational and I have lost all the invested money, and instead helping me with discount they charged 430 AED extra, will never trust them again, even though during consultation promised no services charges for deregistration and also that time gave us wrong information by saying deregistration charges is 2500.
