Don’t expect to exchange these. We’ve contacted every possible phone number for weeks. We’ve reached out on Instagram and Facebook for zero response. Terrible customer service. I don’t know how a company can have pride in itself the way this company acts.

Unacceptable Exchange Process & Poor Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a pair of boots, but due to improper sizing on their part, I had to exchange them. Instead of simply sending me the correct size, as any reputable company would, they issued me a partial-value coupon code—forcing me to pay more for an issue that was entirely their fault.
To make matters worse, I already spent $20 shipping the incorrect boots back to them, and now they expect me to pay another $20 to get the correct size. This is completely unacceptable. My note clearly explained that I was requesting an even exchange, yet they still mishandled the situation and forced me into another transaction.
If this is how they handle exchanges, I would advise anyone to think twice before ordering. Their sizing is unreliable, and their customer service seems more focused on making extra money off their mistakes rather than actually resolving issues. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere!

Terrible they offer no refunds for starters the boots smell Terrible like chemicals. Never had boots smell like that. Boots are 1/2 size larger than my current boots so had to return. Which i had to pay for and and then they didn't have more than 3 boots I was willing to take in exchange then asked for a refund since we have tried many boots and yall are out of stock. Low quality boots, Terrible service, Poor Customer service, and no refunds.
If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I generally try not to speak negatively about businesses because I understand how hard it can be to run one, but if you want your business to thrive, you need to offer at least some basic customer service. If you decide to order from here, make sure you get the right size because they DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, and their exchange policy is absurd.First, youll have to pay around $45 to ship the boots back to them. Once they finally respond, theyll inform you that the boots are out of stock. If you attempt to exchange them for another style, youll be required to pay another $21.65 for shipping. After they send a new tracking number, youll wait two weeks, only for the tracking to still show **** doesn't have possession of the package yet."If you try to reach out via email or text multiple times, theyll eventually reply, only to tell you the boots you paid for and exchanged are also out of stock. Youll get nowhere with them, and they refuse to help or refund your money. In the end, you lose not only the $200+ you spent on boots and shipping but also the additional expenses you incur trying to exchange ******* NOT BUY FROM HERE! This is by far the worst small business *** tried to support. Ill never purchase from them again. Good luck getting anything resolved.
BUYER BEWARE Colors don't look like the pictures
BUYER BEWARE. I ordered a cowboy boot and received one that doesn't look anything like the photo, a completely different color. Their reply was that it "was the correct item" and "sorry, no refunds".

I really like the the boots I purchased, so the two stars is not a reflection on the product or quality. The two stars is for the customer service. The last pair of boots I purchased, they sent the wrong size and now expects me to pay the shipping fees there and back. I understand these boots are very affordable and probably not a lot of profit margin built in, but I have purchased 3 pairs of boots just in the past 2 months. You'd think CS would step up a little and maybe even split the shipping costs with me to retain a loyal customer.
bought a $200 pair of boots. they're made incredibly cheap, they smell like chemicals, the red bottoms stained my floors and came off the boots while just trying them on. they're super uncomfortable and I have to pay an additional $20 to ship them back for a refund. my credit card also got hacked and I lost an additional $2,000 the next day after purchasing the boots. horrible. do not waste your time
Ordered a $200 pair of boots, my credit card got hacked right after the purchase (no other purchases were made elsewhere), the red bottoms stained my floors and came off the boots while trying them on. They’re incredibly cheaply made, the leather is very thin, they’re uncomfortable and not worth even half of what I paid. The online pictures show a deeper snake skin texture than the superficial stamped crap I received. Don’t waste your time or money ordering from this company!!
I ordered a pair of boots through Alpha Western wars website. I have some complications and decided to DM them on Instagram. They replied super fast and we are working on a solution to my problem. Very good communication and customer service.
Don't recommend buying ****'s from this place the first time I washed them they shrinked a whole lot and stitches started coming off. I bought some tk axel, which they are sold for 17$ on **** and they sell them for 40$ each and they didn't want to give an exchange even though I had the receipt, they said they were used already and cant do any exchange because I took off the labels. Like if you can wash them with labels on that's ridiculous.
I ordered online, boots were delivered but wrong size. They black out the size and state it is your mistake. Had to pay to ship boots back and was not reimbursed. Size chart is not online. They deliberate change the size and do not offer refunds.
I placed order online, no sizing chart available on web page. Based size on current boots, received them turns out they makeup there own sizes. Had to pay to ship them back and refused to reimburse shipping fee stating it was my mistake. Boot size is blackout since they make their own sizes.
They don't deserve any rating it should be given grades so they would recieve an F from me.i ***** a pair of men boots about two weeks ago the boots came too big and too wide,I emailed this company and they said they don't do refund they do store credit, which you have to pay to sent them back.they also stated that the boot that I ***** was only ***** and were a factory defect.i paid ***** plus tax.i don't know how they came up with that ***** the description did not mentioned anything about these boots being a defect.they are living. They were on sale for $***** why would I buy defective boots. I definitely don't want no store credit cause the next pair might be worse.they are scrammer and selling boots that not even close to they descriptions on their sight.you live and learn.
My order was returned and I was contacted by the company. I let the lady know that I accidentally ordered 2 pair. Since the other pair was never delivered I told her I wanted a refund and didn't hear back from them. They are continuing to take payments off my card for merchandise they have. The main reason why I didn't want the other pair was because of the poor quality. It was peeling from the soles like they had been worn. Poorly made! I was very disappointed.
For one the boots are not even real like they say, at least not the ostrich skin ones, very much cute literally only for show and two they are a complete rip off. How are they already falling apart and only worn once?! Poor job on designing these boots. if you don't plan on actually wearing these boots and don't mind them being just for decoration then by all means get the boots, but if u want to look nice and wear them outside the house save your money! the bottom is already looking like they've been worn for months and he just got them and worn ONCE
