Dear Customer,
We are sorry to see that the same complaint has been posted multiple times under different names.

We would like to clarify that this matter has already been carefully reviewed by our management, operations, and warehouse teams.
Based on our internal investigation, shipment records, and warehouse verification, the items claimed as missing were not found within the shipment.

As clearly stated in the approved quotation and shipping terms, perfumes, hazardous materials, and restricted items are strictly prohibited due to customs and safety regulations. Any such items found during inspection must be removed in compliance with the applicable regulations.

The items that were officially removed from the shipment have already been returned and sent back to you.

Al Fares Cargo cannot accept responsibility for prohibited items placed inside shipments against the agreed terms, nor for items that were not verified as part of the shipment.
We remain committed to transparency, professional handling, and full compliance with shipping regulations.
Our customer service team remains available for any further clarification through the official communication channels.
