They took very good care of my Fiancé, who has terrible anxiety with dentists. They were very reassuring, and listen to her issues with visiting a dentist. They did everything they could to ensure she was calm, and in a safe space, and made sure to get consent for everything they did. She is excited for her next visit!

My Jessica I’m a new patient there the staff is amazing. Everyone is very professional, the doctor explains everything he is doing in detail. The dental assistant is very nice and such a gentleman. worked here as an appliance repair tech a few years ago. Dr. Khami called saying it was an emergency, needed repair asap, and threatened with all kinds of referrals he could give my business (people do that a lot). We moved schedule around, came there on a 98-degree day, fixed it multiple times. Then he stiffed us on a $900 labor & materials invoice. Choose your dentist wisely. EDIT: I didn’t repost the review. Google deemed the review regarding a business is legitimate, and allowed it back. By the way, your threatening response is EXACTLY what I’m talking about. When the owner of your business decided to steal from another business, then ask for a professional way to contact you?

You already left the same review on 03/13/24. Which is completely irrelevant to the dental work that is done at this office. If you have a complaint with the owner of the business, there are more professional ways to go about handling this matter. You seem entitled to write whatever you want regarding a BUSINESS matter that has nothing to do with the dental care OR treatment being provided at this office. This review has been reported to Google and was removed by google under harassment and bullying and now will be reported to higher authorities as it is not related to our dental clinic or our staff.

I was a patient at Alder Lynn Dental. Initially drawn by positive Google reviews, I hoped to find a good dentist. However, from my first visit, it became apparent that the doctor prioritized profit over patient care, as they were the owner of the facility. Despite having already paid thousands of dollars, I stopped going there last year due to a horrible experience. On the days of my appointment last year I requested statements detailing the services rendered and charges incurred, but was told they had no records for those days after I had already paid. A year later, I received a bill in the mail for thousands more, despite having already paid. When I inquired about this discrepancy with the front desk, I was informed that there was no billing person available. The explanation provided was that I had been given a year to pay, despite having already settled my bill last year, and being told nothing else is due. Being asked for thousands of dollars without proper documentation is incredibly disappointing. Overall, the entire experience was unsatisfactory and disappointing. I rate it 0/5.
