One star is too generous. I had the misfortune of paying $850 for a consultation and wasting an hour with Adam Leitman Bailey today for him to call me "stupid," and to erroneously tell me that property managers in NY do not need real estate licenses to collect money. This is basic real estate law. I felt like leaving early but it was interesting, to say the least, to experience gaslighting and manipulative tactics from an attorney who was suspended for a few months some years back for unethical and volatile behavior (check his Wikipedia entry). Has a chip on his shoulder with the NYC DA's Office. Caveat Emptor! Run far away from this man and his firm!
