Failure of a system
I’ve had this app for almost two years and was using it perfectly fine. That is until a few months ago when there was a strange update that forced me to verify my identity to transfer or withdrawal my money. Mind you, I can deposit perfectly fine. I asked customer service for assistance and had to text someone because they don’t assistant via call. After literal hours and hundreds of attempts that required me to take several selfies from all angles and show practically every form of ID… I was denied my verification at every turn. Now I have over a thousand dollars just stuck in this apps “savings” and there’s absolutely no way for me to get my money back. Even the assistant couldn’t access it and wire it manually to my bank account that they have access to. This one prompt system completely failed me and in my time of need, I now have to sulk and feel the pain of practically having my money stolen from me.

Do yourself a favor and walk away!! App don’t make you any money and they aren’t helpful. God forbid you try and delete your account! They make it near impossible. Told me I had to have all accounts at zero. Ok I definitely understood that. Transferred the whole 1 cent I made to my checking account. Even see in my checking account where the 1 cent was transferred. But they still telling me I can’t cancel until I have all accounts at zero and all my accounts are at zero!!! $17 a month and YOU GET NOTHING!!! RIP OFF!!

Watch for auto renewal
Looks like a decent app, downloaded and created an account. Then decided it was too much work for me. Then I noticed this morning a charge for $8.49 to Albert. They had been charging me for several months. Had to dig around deep in the settings to see how to cancel and realized it was taking the monthly charge out of my checking account and not through Apple like most subscriptions. They likely set everyone up w auto renewal. Maybe in the fine print, maybe I just forgot, but I thought I previously cancelled.

Do not download this app it is a complete scam. There are tons of better apps in this one they do not let you cancel. You have to jump through hoops and hoops and they still don’t let you cancel. They just keep pulling money out of your account that you link too to set this up. This app is so fraudulent. I can’t believe it’s even still on here. They make it so you can’t take out the couple of dollars that’s in their account and you cannot close it without having a zero balance then they continuously charge you random amounts of money every month do not be an idiot. Do not download this app.
