The time frame was great. The crew did an excellent job. Second structure I have purchased from Alan's Factory Outlet. Would never purchase anywhere else. You won't go wrong with a great price and a great job.
Speedy shed
I waited until the concrete was poured before I ordered my shed. I expected to wait up to two months but they were out here in two weeks. Shed is up, done, and full of stuff. Great job.
Alan's Factory Outlet installed my 30'x45' metal building and did an excellent job. The quality and the time they took to install my building was unbelievable. It was a four man crew and I have never seen guys work so hard. I've been around construction for over 35 years and these men were unbelievable. They worked non stop and did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend this company for any metal building needs. Thank you so much!

My review has a two part response. First, when I contacted Alan's about purchasing a "metal building" the representative was courteous, professional and fairly knowledgeable. I expressed to her that I was interested in having a "pole building" built. I will take full responsibility for my lack of knowledge now not understanding there is a difference. We went over the details colors, options, size, etc. the representative informed me the best application for the building is to have a concrete pad poured first. Upon having the pad complete they required pictures of the pad and sight. I contacted a local concrete contractor and had a pad poured. The pictures were supplied and deposit made. Several days later I'm contacted by a different company,"Carolina Carports". The representative for this company is mediocre customer service related. She informed me the building would not be "sealed" around the base of the structure, the eves would not be fully enclosed, and it "did not" have as traditional roll up door, but one you would find on a storage locker. Upon receiving all this info I decided to research Carolina Carports. I was beyond disappointed. With a average of 2.8 star review and customer after customer disgruntled and crushing review I knew I had made a mistake. I followed up with Alan's and canceled the entire project. They issued a refund in full. My suggestion is if you're looking for a "permanent structure" I would not use either of these companies.

Carport was installed a day ahead of schedule.
Crew was very professional, polite and hard working. About 3 1/2 hours start to finish. 24 x 30 with 7 ft legs and gables. Highly recommended.
Quality sheds
The building is great. The crew that did the install was not the best. But I am a fussy guy. And the issues i had Alan's took care of. I would recommend them for sure.
stay away!!!!!!!!!! waited forever and then scheduled for 11/14/24. called me the day before install to tell me the installer had truck issues. they rescheduled my 30x40 carport to 11/20/24. truck must have needed an engine swap (sarcasm). was told they would be there 1st thing in the morning. on 11/20 and after taking off work they never called and never showed. later that afternoon, after no communication, i requested a full refund. they didn't even call and try to work it out. they just said, no problem. i assumed they still didn't have anyone in the area to do the job and that was the easiest way out for them. find someone local as they don't have their ducks in a row.
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! WAITED FOREVER AND THEN SCHEDULED FOR 11/14/24. CALLED ME THE DAY BEFORE INSTALL TO TELL ME THE INSTALLER HAD TRUCK ISSUES. THEY RESCHEDULED MY 30X40 CARPORT TO 11/20/24. TRUCK MUST HAVE NEEDED AN ENGINE SWAP (SARCASM). WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE THERE 1ST THING IN THE MORNING. ON 11/20 AND AFTER TAKING OFF WORK THEY NEVER CALLED AND NEVER SHOWED. LATER THAT AFTERNOON, AFTER NO COMMUNICATION, I REQUESTED A FULL REFUND. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL AND TRY TO WORK IT OUT. THEY JUST SAID, NO PROBLEM. I ASSUMED THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE IN THE **** TO DO THE *** AND THAT WAS THE EASIEST WAY OUT FOR THEM. FIND SOMEONE LOCAL AS THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR DUCKS IN A ROW.

30x20 with 10' legs
I love it. The installers were fast and did a great job. I did find a few self-tappers in my driveway but that's to be expected. I have recommended Alan's factory outlet to several people since mine was built. The only thing I didn't like was not knowing when the installers were coming until the week of install.
Very good quality carport! 20'x20' FLORIDA
The carport is very durable, beautiful and sturdy. Customer service was very helpful, courteous and kept me updated. I loved the website because I could pick the options I wanted, it was very user friendly. The pricing was very reasonable and I'm very happy that I picked this company. The installers were professional and extremely fast. They also "picked up" after themselves, leaving no mess at all. My carport was delivered within 45 days, which was awesome! The ONLY THING I DID'NT LIKE was the installers did not have my correct contact information. According to the company, they were supposed to arrive mid-morning...they arrived around 5:00 p.m. Luckily, the neighbors called me and told me they were leaving. I jumped in my car, saw them and told them to turn around, that I was the owner. I don't live there, it is being remodeled. If my neighbors wouldn't have called me, I would have had to reschedule, which would have been a nightmare. EVERYTHING else was PERFECT. My suggestion is to give the installers the correct information and have them call 30 minutes prior. OVERALL, I'm extremely happy with my choice. I know there are probably several installers doing these installations, but if you see the one that installed mine, you'll be very happy! I didn't pay anything extra either. I paid exactly what was under contract. GREAT JOB!
Simple ordering and design
I liked the website to order the unit. There are many options for size and design and colors. Once ordered the wait time for install is unclear but that is stated. I waited about 7 weeks from ordering to installation. Install crew worked like a well oiled machine, did quality work and were finished in 2 1/2 hours.
Just What I wanted
Quick Installation Exactly want I wanted. I was under the impression that the price included instillation,
The crew came to the door and told my wife we owed 50 dollars for the labor, she paid it not knowing any better. I was very surprised to hear that and very disappointed in hearing that. I feel we were taken advantage of, I should have been apprised of this additional charge before instillation. Would have given you 5 stars but I was very disappointed in the extra charge!
OUTSTANDING PRODUCTS and SERVICE
The carport was installed this past Tuesday in a most proficient manner by a very proficient crew. Since this installation, there has been two separate people called you and ordered one of your carports, because they were impressed with the quality and the looks of this product.
22 x 20 boxed frame carport
It could not have been easier for me.
Price, installation, customer communication was excellent. If I need another one, Allen's is who I'm calling. Told a friend about it, they are getting one also for a camper.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! If your land is not commercial grade level they charge you the 200$ plus 50$ cut fee and require you to buy longer legs for ALL SIDE!!! We spent 1500$ to level area, had multiple people confirm level within 2 inches. The area that was leveled was for a 20 foot carport which actually is a 19 foot structure. We made it 2 foot bigger L x W to make sure the area would be ok for a 20' foot structure. Because it was an elderly single woman that the setup crew interacted with, they told her that it was more then 8 inches out. Refused to install , charged the 200$ plus 50, plus cost of longer poles. Extra 500$ dollars in all. To boot the company original install date was 8/13/24 , it was finally install 9/20 after several calls to find out an eta for install. Crew came out, installed, and did not cut one leg. When asked about this their reply was "Wasn't needed, everything was level" so now we have a structure that is a foot taller than we want it, money spent to reconfirm level, cut fees, and refusal to install due to levelness. When the company was called by the elderly lady to address this, Abbygale said that Emillliyo was their best employee and there was no way it was level. Two hours of pleading her case to 4 different people and all she recovered was 50$ out of 500$. Now she is out of money that she didn't have the original budget to spend, has a carport that is so high over her ford focus that it will do her no good, and time and frustration to no ends! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THAT WILL RIP OFF AN ELDERLY SINGLE WOMAN!!!!! PS there were numerous screws left around the carport from installation which resulted in a flat tire that we had to get fixed.
The barn is just fine. Dealing with the office was another story. Apparently, checking on a delivery date is frowned upon. What I got was sarcastic responses.
When the workers finally came, they couldn't speak English. So it was pointless asking the questions we had. We'll figure it all out in time I guess. Anyway, it was all done in a day and a morning.
