The worker did an ok job. She didn't ask me if I was satisfied at the end of the job, she just announced she was done and left. She didn't speak English, so maybe that was part of the problem but many things were left unclean which supposedly were included in the basic clean. We are only 2 people in my household and I keep my house neat and clean. I need help with certain chores because of a bad back and I'm not that young anymore. Would I use them again? Not so sure.
