Απαράδεκτοι η εξυπηρέτηση! πηγαμε με το σχολειο και μας κρατησαν τα χρηματα για φθορες οι ζημιεςδεν εγινε τιποτα απο αυτα τα δυο μας τα κρατησαν γιατι καναμε φασαρια και οταν τους ρωτησαμε ποια δωματια εκαναν φασαρια ειπανε τα δωματια των καθηγητών συνολικα εβγαλαν 1.340€ απο εμας. Βεβαια υπηρχαν και αλλα δυο σχολεια τις ιδιες μερες που και αυτους τους πηραν τους φορους δηλαδη κλέψανε 3 σχολεια. Τελος το φαγητο ηταν απαισιο και σιγουρα δεν θα ξανα πατησω εκει.

Szuper helyen a szálloda, könnyen elérhető a belváros és Budapest jó nèhàny nevezetessège is. Kedves , mosolygós , segitőkész személyzet a recepción, akiknek figyelmessége is említésre méltó volt. A szoba tiszta és kényelmes volt, a reggeli bőséges választékkal, plusz pont a friss gyümölcsökèrt és a fantasztikus omlettért

I visited this hotel on a school trip and I have to admit that I was very dissatisfied with pretty much everything. To begin with, when we got there they wanted money as a warranty for any damage or noise, which was very reasonable I guess.(It should be noted here that they told us that if we didn't damage anything or if we didn't bother anyone, they would give us our money back). Anyway the staff was very unfriendly and very rude.Moreover, the food was DISGUSTING and they also didn’t let you have enough because they didn’t want it to "get thrown away". Also, on our last day they didn’t gave us our money back although we didn’t damaged anything and also we were too tired to make noises and they also THREATENED us that they would charge us even more money if we don’t admit that we did all this stuff they told as not to do…To sum up, if you want to enjoy your time in Budapest it is VERY important to choose another hotel.

Went there on a school trip. The staff in the reception were unprofessional - the rest were fine, there was no variety of food and the ones that they provided weren't that good either and my room STANK because of the sewerage. Not to mention that on our last day we didn't receive our warranty back because 'we were noisy and disturbing the other tenants' which was obviously not true because we were pretty quiet. They even threatened us to pay more, saying if we were loud the past nights and lying we'd have to give them even more money. We didn't take the risk because God knows what they'd find to complain. Overall, could've been a better experience with less money spent.

The location was perfect ( not too far from the center of the city, but far enough from the loud, busy crowd). The rooms were super tidy and the staff was super helpful, lovely and cheery. Would recommend 100%.

Very good location in terms of transportation, easy access to the city center. The room met all our needs. The staff was attentive and kind. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The servers were nice, especially the blond waitress.
