I have no idea how this gym currently runs in 2 different locations now.I used to be a member of their Sharjah branch. They closed down in May 2023,without prior notice and promised refund for members within 60 days. It has been 5 months and until date, they are MIA and trying to contact them in any way is out of question. They will send you convincing emails regarding the refund and THAT'S IT. That will be the last communication you will get from them .I also see a similar review down here and I can see the response from the owner too.Well,that response is not what you promise/ mention in your detailed email.

This is the gym where they takes money for membership and closed the gym for ever and telling members to go here and there. After all we decided to tell the management to refund the payment but still they didn’t give us any money back. So embarrassed …emailed, txt msgs, calls no response to anything… I really hate this kind of behavior…
Very bad experience, I paid for 1 year gym membership for my entire family and it got closed . It’s been 4 months they’ve not returned my money as well. After so many mail reminders.
They only replied once stating they will refund in 60 days . However until now there’s no response to my calls, mail reminders and watsapp messages….
I’ll post the reply mail in 3 days if I don’t get response as usual.
I don’t recommend it at all to anyone !
Can you please ask your compliance team to contact me I need to raise complaint against your company. Can you please check how many people review about your non refundable cases.

First of all. I did not signed any undertaking that I will not be refunded once the gym will be close. It is completely cheating coz u did not disclose this to your member. And regardless if we paid in promotion or not, the fact is you have a responsibility to us as ur customer. And we dont, accept this. We are not informed at all. U just simple took the money and announce one day u cannot operate. That is completely cheating. And to your information, I post this here prior to connecting with you for how many months, but to no avail. What do you expect me to do?
I paid for a year membership. But they told one day that they can no longer operate. They promise to refund the money within 60 days, the same like what they told to other members. But after a series of calls and emails, they did not respond anymore. They are not reliable!

I joined gym for 8 months and suddenly they closed their gym. They said they will refund money in 60 days of working day. Till now i didn't get my money back. This is disgusting.

Renewed my annual membership and suddenly noticed that they close everything and disappeared.
There was no any information provided and many customers like me is suffering...
I checked their another branch in shj city center only one person is there at reception and they are telling to check in office.
But no proper response at all
No contact at all no response to call or mail or WhatsApp..

Worst experience never recommend anyone
This gym has always been sub-par with their management.
The gym closed in May 2023 and I had paid for the swimming classes for which I asked the refund. They wrote me an email saying it will be refunded within 60 working days. Till date, I havent been able to get a hold of them. They never respond to messages, calls or emails. I am yet to receive my refund as are many other people.
The Ministry of economy needs to do something about this seriously.
I do not recommend this gym at all.

Haven’t received a response regarding the refund till date. They just keep delaying it. A very bad experience wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Had a very disappointing experience with Venue3. After paying my membership fees for 9 months, the gym suddenly closed its doors without warning.
Was promised a refund after 60 days however its been over 3 months now and there is not a peep from them.
What's even more frustrating is that the gym management is not responding to any emails and calls.
The lack of accountability displayed by Gym in this situation leaves me with a sour taste in my mouth, and I would caution anyone considering a membership there to think twice.

I thought it was good. The gym was closed on May 2023. I paid the whole year. They said they will give my refund after 60 working days. But until now no response from them. The Ministry of Economy was calling them too but they are not picking up the call. Horrible management. It’s my hard earned money and they just took it.
Hi, the health club has been shut down.. Membership fees have not been refunded for the past 3 months even after email confirmations from the finance team.. Be careful guys!!!
And till date 26th Aug no one responds to calls, messages or emails....
