I consulted with Liz on my first visit here. She is very friendly, attentive and professional. I whitened my teeth and did skin care and microneedling regularly. Thanks to her delicate and kind nature, she always takes the best care of her skin. I will continue to provide skin care to Liz here.

I tried this place in March. Took over 60 units to get my forehead frozen. I also got a bruise that is still there to this day.
I tried a different place this time and I got the same results with 40 units. And I was not prompted to give a tip at this other establishment.
I’m not sure what went wrong or why 60 units was needed At one establishment and 40 units at another.

Hi there Kyle,
We're sorry you had a negative experience. While we can't speak on the exact reason why you were able to get the same result with less units, its certainly possible that a different product could have been used that required less units to be administered. The current world average for males is 50-80 units per treatment and this range has to do with muscle strength, fitness level and health. Also, if you have retreated as soon as your last treatment in March then its very possible the less units used at another facility is because there is still active product in your system. These products typically hold strength to some degree for up to 6 months. We just don't want you to think that our consultation is incorrect as there are many reasons as to why you would use different units in different clinics and at different times.
However, bruising for that long isn't normal and our team of 5-Star medical professionals would be happy to assess this for you. Just please keep in mind that bruising is an extremely common side effect of the treatment and we have many resources to help you with this.
Finally, we do allow our patients to tip our practitioners if they want to but this is 100% not mandatory. We offer over 25 services so we like to keep the tip option for our employees, but again, this is NEVER something we force on you.

Visited twice (once for a consult and again for the procedure). The lux space makes the place feel glam but also clean and professional. I was surprised that it all felt very welcoming and accessible, despite the glossy exterior. Camila is so capable and knowledgeable - I left my consult feeling totally reassured and confident (literally booked my procedure for the next day). She was sincere and transparent, and didn’t make me feel pressured in any way. I also had a quote emailed to me so there were no surprises cost-wise.
On the day of, I was nervous just bc it was my first medspa procedure. Jeremy and Camila instantly helped me feel more relaxed and were so thoughtful about every detail that could make me feel more comfortable (including shifting the giant chair so I could watch TV without straining my neck 🥹). Def recommend 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Dr Chavez is a great Doctor. Already recommended OMG to several friends. Great attention to detail and follow up. They really care about the patient. JZ their nutritionist and fitness trainer is excellent as well. She picks up on the little things and is a great person to have on the team. OMG identified several issues that were not identified by my previous Doctor. Very much appreciate the professionalism and knowledge Dr Chavez, JZ and the team have toward me the patient.

With so many age management practices to choose from, I choose OMG because I know they take the time to get to know you and provide you with what you need. They have an amazing nutritionist/fitness expert, great doctors and a robust aesthetics menu from Morpheus 8 to Botox. They even have my myers cocktail! I love this place and the staff that works there!

Dr. Chaves saved my life. My regular Dr. had overlooked a heart problem for years. Dr. Juan found it. A week later I had a stent put in and now I feel great. If after a few months I feel this much better I can't wait to see where I am in a year. The team at OMG is second to none. I'm here for life and it looks like it's going to be a long healthy one.
