This client is a husband and wife who reside in Texas. Client retained our office to obtain damages and back rent from a former tenant of their rental property in the St. Louis area. Our office prepared and timely filed a petition in circuit court. Unfortunately, the client did not have an accurate location for the former tenant and we were unable to serve a summons. Our office expended numerous resources trying to locate the former tenant but were unsuccessful. As of 9/6/2023, this case is still pending in circuit court. If the client can provide a location for us to serve the former tenant, our office will be happy to continue the prosecution of this lawsuit.
