datang servis dah bayar tapi aircon masih tak sejuk. komplen dan diorang hantar sorang lagi technician, tak buat apa sgt pun tapi kata kompressor dah tak elok dan rekemen suruh tukar baru. minta kawan datang tgk utk dpt 2nd opinion. dia tukar ada satu kabel yg tercabut, elok je ekon tu sejuk ketor satu bilik sampai tak perlu pasang kipas dah.

Not recommended at all. They broke my whole cabinet just because of ‘nak buat kerja cepat’. Horrible after-sale service, won’t even give you receipt. The staff did not open the ladder, just sandar on the wall and climb. And of course it slide down and he grab my whole cabinet together with him, thus the picture. Thank god that’s just a cheap cabinet. Imagine if it was your TV or other more valuable things. When I reported to their careline, they apologised and will send in refund. Up till this date, no refund, not even an invoice from them. Office address is not legit. I advise you to please go find a better AC service company. Those good reviews might be from last few months, but not recently, based on my experience

Book suruh datang service pukul 12pm. Datang lambat pukul 3pm. Datang service harini, esok aircond rosak, angin tak keluar dah. Whatapps dgn call tak angkat, nak suruh datang balik check. Last last kena pangil company lain datang repair. Tak guna betul. Nak buat business buat betul betul. WHATAPPS REPLY LA! Dah dia bagi rosak aircond, ini aku pulak kena keluar duit repair lagi. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Tried their service for my parents home in Shah Alam, they tried to fix the compressor instead of replacing the whole unit, it lasted 1.5year before breaking down, then had no choice but to change it. Engaged them again to service my unit in Kepong, did a good job and got a free gift from them as well which was a good surprise.
