My provider really listened to what I was going through and she came up with a plan to solve this issue best we can leaving me with great knowledge and advice to better help my situation.. I booked a follow-up appointment at this location since it was closer to me than their South Windsor office. Booking an appointment was quick and easy and I was able to get in within two weeks. They respond faster via their text messaging portal. I also had an issue with a prescription and they were prompt with sending a new one to my pharmacy and with rescheduling. This location was large with plenty of parking. The entrance is on the other side of the building on the first floor. The waiting room was spacious; checking in was easy and I was called in about 10 minutes.
Then the clock kept ticking and ticking. My appointment was at 5:30 I didn't meet with the doctor until 6:10. The meeting was for only 5 minutes since my issue was already resolved. She apologized and said that they were running late due to a procedure. 3 stars for the wait but 4 stars for the service, toggling between 3.5 and 4 stars. Overall, I like them as a dermatology practice and Dr. Waqar was friendly and knowledgeable.
