The customer service from the agent is very poor. Inquired about a tour package and requested to provide a itinery, the reponse from the travels was "first get the visa" then we will provide you the tour package. I had requested the travel agent for visa and tour package, the reply was after 2 days. When visa was requested and they said they will get back, but never received feedback or responce from them for 2 days untill i had to follow up again. Had the worst experience. Will never approach them again nor recommend them to someone.👎
