Verified Company
As someone working in healthcare, I am absolutely appalled at the experience I had with this office over the phone. The scheduling employee I spoke to had one of the worst attitudes I've ever dealt with and it was completely unacceptable. I understand it's not always fun taking patient's insurance information over the phone, but it never warrants a tone as condescending as this. I was told I would not be seen here as they didn't accept patients with cysts/lipomas (I was referred here and was not aware this would be the case).
To be clear, this is not a reflection of any other staff, only the one individual I spoke with.
