I would not trust anyone else with my doors and windows. Adi and Jimmy did an excellent job. The quote was competitive. The installation was done very professionally. The installers were very polite and professional. I ordered special doors with very specific designs and they were done exactly as I wanted it. Everyone who comes to my home raves about my doors. The windows are also very nice and impressive. Don’t go to anyone else!

Adi and team were great to work with. The windows and doors were ready ahead of time and installation was quick. The installers were very polite, courteous and neat. When we discovered that the bathroom window was not frosted, Adi came himself and changed out the glass. I am very pleased and highly recommend A&G Windows and Doors.

Great experience with Adi and his crew. Adi made some excellent suggestions and provided very good customer service following the installation. The turnaround time between ordering the doors and windows and having them installed was very quick. His crew that did the work were punctual and very professional. I have, and will, recommend A & G to anyone needing windows or doors.

Service was awesome until it wasn’t. As soon as a mistake was made by A&G they completely screwed me over and left me hanging without windows for my washroom. The issue was 25% my fault. Adi at A &G would not take any responsible. Find some else to do your job!!!!!!

Love my new door. I enjoyed working with Ana to nail down the design. Once the door was made an installation date was arranged. A crew of 4 came to install the door. They worked efficiently and thoroughly and left the site very clean. I appreciated their attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for windows or external doors.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from AG Windows and Doors. Here’s a summary of my experience:
• 2019: Bought a new house with all windows and doors supplied by AG Windows and Doors.
• 2020: One window locking mechanism broke; AG promptly replaced it.
• 2023: The same window’s locking mechanism broke again, along with three other windows in the house. Additionally, the black hardware on the windows and doors started peeling badly, revealing that the hardware was actually white, but then painted black.
• April 01, 2024: Called AG Windows and Doors; was told I’d receive a call from the sales team but never did.
• April 16, 2024: Connected with Andy, who asked for photos of the issues. Sent the photos but received no response despite multiple follow-ups.
• May 23, 2024: Finally reached Andy, who suggested I contact another company for repairs. He promised to send me the hardware details but never did.
• Jun 10, 2024: Followed up multiple times until Andy finally sent someone to inspect the issues. They promised to email repair details but then never followed through, despite following up multiple times again.
In summary, AG Windows and Doors has wasted my time with their poor service and lack of follow-through. I cannot recommend them to potential buyers based on this frustrating experience.

I an amazed that there are no negative reviews posted. Of course, the owners would not post a negative review or maybe I am the only customer who received extremely poor service and had extra expenses once A&G Windows received final payment. I am guessing this review will not be posted!!
