I was part of the 7 day retreat at Agni Yoga
The Good
1) Really enjoyed the Hatha yoga classes. I have been neglecting taking care of my body for a long time so I was really afraid I will not be able to do yoga, but the teacher (Radhika Ji) is really good and I improved alot compared to how I was doing on Day 1.
2) The managers (Lavish and Radhika) are open to feedbacks.
3) Agni Yoga is affordable and I feel it makes wellbeing accessible to a huge chunk of people.
Things to note
1) The accomodation might not work for everyone so be open to alternate accomodation options near the ashram. As long as Agni Yoga stays affordable I have no complaints about the accomodations they offer.
2) DON'T MISS ANY EVENT. Try to attend all classes and events, don't miss out on anything. I got to meet amazing people here and try new things which I never would have tried on my own.
3) Everyone at the retreat really enjoyed Aerial Yoga and sound healing. These were new experiences for everyone.
4) Don't take 3 or 5 day retreat. Take the 7 day retreat. We had a Dharna class at day 6 and it felt like we reached a conclusion for all the emotions that surfaced during Yoga.
Conclusion - Agni Yoga provides quality teachers and experiences at affordable price for a retreat. I really enjoyed my time here and I will come back again to Agni Yoga for a retreat or YTT.
I joined Agni Yoga retreat for a 3 day program since I was not sure if I will be able to continue with regressive yoga and meditation flow but oh! Boy Radhika and Lavish has planned the program in sucha way that you will be engaged throughout the day without being tired. It was very rejuvenating and relaxing to our minds off from everything happening around the world and just be right there in the moment. We loved our stay at Agni Yoga Ashram. Rooms are simple but hygienic and they provide satvik meals. This trip to Rishikesh couldn’t have been any better. Radhika and Lavish, keep up the great work.
When I came in for this retreat, I had apprehensions circling my mind because as someone who's never experienced yoga in his life, this was a tough adventure to sign up for.
I took that leap of faith and I'm so glad I did because it gave me an insight to how wondrous my body is.
As I now embark on the seemingly impossible task of trying to get back to the lifestyle I had in Agniyoga, I realize just how lucky I was to find such a grounding, compassionate and inspiring teachers in Agniyoga. They teach you in a way that makes it accessible for everyone - when I joined their class I knew absolutely nothing about yoga - but I now have a solid understanding of physical alignment and precisely the way my body moves. As I got to grip with my quirks, Radhika (best yoga instructor) gently pushed me to develop, always knowing when I was capable of doing a new pose before I realized it myself.
Also, they have different activities for you aligned with your yoga/ meditation and a lot of fun activities too, to experience a different world of living a healthy life.
I'd highly recommend everyone reading this to surely give them a chance to change your perspective towards healthy lifestyle and eventually changing your life completely for good.

My Rishikesh experience was beautiful with Agni , the property feels like home , loved how simple and hygienic atmosphere they provide. They made sure to pay personal attention to all the needs , got a wonderful chance to celebrate Yoga day with them and it was lovely to experience the day by doing yoga along the Ghats . Would love to visit them soon 😊👍🏻

My time at the Ashram in Rishikesh was nothing short of transformative. From the moment I arrived, I was embraced with warmth, positivity, and a deep sense of belonging. The energy of the space and the incredible people who make up this community created an atmosphere of peace and joy that is truly unparalleled. The ashram is as beautiful as Rishikesh.
The teachings and practices offered at Agni Yoga not only nourished my soul but also provided me with the tools to continue my spiritual journey with a renewed sense of purpose and clarity. Every moment was a step toward deeper self-discovery and connection.
The memories I’ve created here will forever hold a special place in my heart, and I am incredibly grateful for the love and support I received. I look forward to returning to this beautiful sanctuary for more growth and transformative experiences.

The best place to transform yourself and learn YTTC. They don't just teach you yogasans but also introduce you to yourself and the discipline here starts from the very basic activities we do like eating, sleeping etc. Faculty is amazing. Special mention: Lavish sir, Radhika ma'am and Divesh ji are so kind and they'll be there for you at anytime for anything :) Now this has become one of my favorite places in Rishikesh. And it's near by to maa ganga ji❣️Just go for it!

Would like to express my appreciation to Agni yoga team. Had a spectacular time here at Rishikesh as day passes each class meal and outdoor activities was better than before!! Would love to mention Rahul bhai and Deepali for smooth process and coordination and Lavish Radhika for always being so cooperative!! If ever you guys design new programs would love to come back again !!
Attended 3 day course!!
It was exactly what we were expecting! We attended 3 days retreat but it was worth it. The sound healing and ganga arti was the highlight of our retreat.
