Enrolling was quick with Terry's help on the phone. He found some errors on my account from my previous policy and corrected them. A month after I paid in full, I got an additional bill for $73 because the computer had somehow removed my bundle discount. I told the help service online what happened and they could fix it and remove the extra charge, but they didn't know how it happened. Keep an eye out for that I guess.
