Tom’s insurance staff are amazing! Lauren went above and beyond to help me find the coverage I needed with the payment amount I was comfortable with! She took her time and knowledge to make sure that I had exactly what I needed and the time to explain all of it!! I had been with another company for 25+ years, and I am so glad I switched!

I had one of the best experiences as I was searching for auto insurance. I was having trouble finding the reasonable insurance company. Everyone wanted to charge ridiculous amounts because I drive a Kia! This wonderful young lady, Jade Mcquinn, went over and beyond for me! She was super patient with me and listened. Very nice lady!! Thanks to Jade, I have the insurance policy, I’ve been searching for!! ❤️ I highly recommend Allstate insurance!! They actually care about their customers!!

My husband and I went to Moody family insurance for coverage on our home and autos. We were delighted that we were cared for by the owner. Tom not only covered our autos and home, but got us better rates for better coverage!! The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. We felt like family from the start. Tom has done great with all my insurance needs for both Home and Auto! I would suggest that if you need any type of insurance, give him a call. The thing I appreciate the most is you get honest and straight forward answers about your plans!
