Stephen is amazing. He always answers my questions (mind you I can be somewhat annoying) returns my calls and gets me the best prices. Allstate has been good to my family. We had several accidents on our policy in 2021 and they always walked us through the process explaining everything. I could have called the 1 800 number or used the app but I'm old school. I want to talk to a real person that knows the area and understands exactly what happened. Are they the cheapest, sometimes (they were before our accidents lol but that's our fault...), but the coverage is great, the customer service is great and they work fast.
