Jonathan has been very unprofessional, I have been trying to get to the bottom of a question related to my policy and he has told me he would call me back since 10am yesterday(4/30/25) he did not return my call so I called again 2pm and spoke to a women representative that said she he’s at lunch and would relay the message to Jonathan and have him call me back. Never got the call, then today(05/01/25) at 1pm I called asking why I haven’t received a call back the women told me she would relay the message once again to Jonathan and I did not receive a call back. So I called again at 4:45pm(05/01/25) Jonathan says “oh i thought I called you back” that was a lie, at this point I’m upset with the run around I have gotten from him so I asked to speak to someone above him. He said they are not available, so I asked to speak with a different insurance agent/co worker because I wanted to speak to someone different because I was getting nowhere with him and have been completely ignored every time I left a message for 2 days. He would not let me speak to anyone else and told me to call the 800 number if I wanted to speak to someone else. If these issue are not addressed and resolved I will be going with a different insurance company. Dealing with Jonathan has been nothing but unprofessional, no help, and a absolute waste of time. I would like to hear back from his boss or Shawn Harrison himself before I continue to keep my business with you guys. Slogan is “You’re in good hands” but this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a insurance company. Very rude, would not tell me his name, wouldn’t give me any of the information I was asking for and gave me the complete run around about the questions I did have. Then he wouldn’t let me speak to someone else because he did not want them to know the type of unprofessional business he was conducting. Highly disappointed, I really liked dealing with Liz at this branch but ever since I’ve had to deal with Jonathan been nothing but the run around and rudeness behavior when I told him If we couldn’t get to the bottom of this and get it resolved I would be looking to switch insurance companies he said “go ahead and do that” then I said if he wasn’t going to let me speak to someone above him I would come in there and talk to them in person and he intimidatingly “come on in then”
I’m very shocked at the way this Jonathan guy acted and represented himself. Very unprofessional. It seemed like he was enjoying the fact that I was upset at him for giving me the run around and felt like he thought it was funny and was acting very cocky, rude, and unprofessional. Please if a member of the management or Shawn Harrison would reach out to me over this matter I would appreciate it very much.
Two words. Absolutely AMAZING!! Jonathan is my go to person and he is incredibly helpful in any situation and even questions I may have. He’s the absolute best!! I appreciate everything he does! And he never leaves me hanging. He always, ALWAYS, gets right back with me! So glad I switched from where I was! I’ve even got a few others on board (one pending) and the other is just as satisfied and I!

I am a 65 year old woman that has had my car insurance to Sean Harrison‘s or stay for the last three years. Almost a year and a half ago, I bought a new car and I don’t Sean himself that I don’t drive much any more. I get my groceries and other items delivered to me now I might drive to the doctor twice a month and run down to the street 711 a couple of times that is yet literally. I have no family so I don’t go visiting any more.
He did not change it to a better policy, even though he told me he would. A few months ago, I called again spoke to a woman only to find out it had not been changed. I was very upset.
I am getting my drivers license updated in a week, and at that time I will change insurance companies, never to go back to Allstate even though I know it is that location that apparently is not on the ball that’s for sure. When you do your customers right, they normally never leave, but I will never go back to Allstate now never
