Cory Prince was extremely timely in his reply regarding life insurance quotes! This seems to be a very reputable company that has great customer service. It is nice to have a relationship with an agent instead of a call center. I would recommend Richard OConner Allstate branch to anyone who asked me!

Cory will go above and beyond to help me out every time, no matter how many times I call or send him emails. He knows what he is doing. He will always happy to serve his customers. I have referred 2 or 3 family members for their cars or home insurance. Call or email him you won't regret it.

My policy is new so I can’t say how they are as a company…However, I can say that Brandyn was super helpful, friendly and seemed very transparent. When it comes to insurance, I have the understanding of a toddler and Brandyn did an amazing job in breaking down and explaining each part of the coverage. I appreciate him and his honesty. Allstate you should keep him, he is a valuable asset in this world.

Evan Jansen was very responsive to my request to update my home insurance policy. This helped me to refinance my current mortgage. He also provided me with new insurance declaration policy which helped expedite my new mortgage.
