Would be super cool if they checked their systems BEFORE sending me a letter about my homeowners insurance. I'm already with Allstate. This was just someone trying to yoink from existing Allstate customers for that sweet, sweet commission, or just laziness. Not thrilled I had to spend time talking to my agent about Andy's offices nonsense. Silly errors are 100% avoidable.

I was recently looking to get insurance on our RV, jeep, and home in the Post Falls, ID area. I spoke with Aaron Perez regarding the matter. Aaron was very helpful and promptly answered all of my calls and emails. I would highly recommend Aaron and Allstate to anyone looking for insurance.
Working with Erin feels like working with a friend who just happens to know everything about insurance. She’s warm, fast to respond, and makes sure you’re covered without all the boring jargon. Plus, she’s hilarious — which makes paperwork way less painful.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It took me 2 weeks of calling going through only an automated system never getting a live person. Finally I just kept calling back over and over again and someone picked up . I had emailed Andrew three separate times requesting he get back to me about a large increase in my insurance costs and never heard anything back from him. I canceled my home and auto policies with him one of the assistance in his office. Only to then have that not fully canceled and I was charged again. I would never recommend this office. I subsequently made a call to another insurance company and saved almost, $1,000 a year. It's clear to me that after 8 years my business was not important to him. And I was getting gouged on my rates. Shame on them for terrible customer service. At the core of insurance is customer service . Answering the phone or responding to emails is pivotal and I got nothing.

A cancellation request was never received before the payment drafted, which is why it processed. We understand saving money is important, but please note coverage may not be equivalent. Great customer service! I actually just cancelled a policy I forgot I had (bundled everything with another company), but the process was efficient and friendly, whole call took 2 minutes. Will refer folks in the future. Allstate was great when I had a claim as well.
