When it was time to replace our HVAC and hot water heater the first quote we received (from another company) seemed unreasonably high. A neighbor highly recommended getting a quote from AGA HVAC Services as they replaced the same systems for her the previous year. AGA provided a detailed quote, very competitive pricing, and was happy to answer ALL of our questions. Thankfully, they were able to coordinate the install of both systems to take place on the same day. The entire team was professional, friendly, and did a great job. Following the install, they were very helpful (and patient) in providing an A-Z overview of the new Nest smart thermostat. They also completed the online owner’s registration for the HVAC system which extended our warranty another 5 years. Prior to leaving, the owner provided his cell number with instructions to call if we had any follow-up questions regarding the new smart thermostat rather than referring us to the owner’s manual. A week following the installation, the owner followed up to see if we had any questions or issues. This level of customer support is MUCH appreciated! I would definitely recommend AGA HVAC Services to others, and we will call on them again for any future HVAC and/or plumbing needs.

I am the Marketing Director for SuperChix, a local restaurant in Hoover, and Mr.Andy with AGA Services does the maintenance for our units. For the first few years of us opening, we struggled with inconsistency in our air conditioning system throughout the restaurant. This caused customer complaints and discomfort with my staff. After having Mr. Andy clean and maintenance our units, dealing with the air conditioning is a thing of the past. I am fully confident walking into the sorry everyday and know if there is any issues with my unit, AGA will have get handled.

We were struggling to get our refrigerator fixed for months. Two different businesses told us different reasons why it wouldn’t stay cold and after buying parts, it still wasn’t fixed. We called Mr Andy with AGA Services and he was able to locate what the issue was, order the part, and fix our fridge. Our fridge works great now!

I was panicking and sweating profusely. Middle of summer in this Alabama heat and no AC. I didn’t know what to do, but luckily a friend of mine referred Andy with AGA and he came the same day. Fixed the problem in no time and basically saved my life. Great service and super professional. 10/10 recommend to anyone.
