Absolutely shocking company
Telephoned for several weeks for them to collect skip - kept being ignored.
Telephoned several times last week knowing the storm was coming - again all requests ignored...
Storm threw a large percentage of the skip contents all over my drive (including a very large tv)
Skip finally taken away yesterday, but contents left all over the drive - so now need a skip, or a trip to recycling to get rid of everything - totally defeating paying money to hire a skip in the first place.
Customer service not one bit interested

Hi Jackie, as you can imagine we’ve been extremely busy, we have hundreds of skips out on the roads and lots of requests to remove with the bad weather, unfortunately we could only get to so many.

Absolutely fantastic service, I have used this company throughout a 2 year renovation and over 10+ skips, always on time, and picked up when needed. Friendly experience with both the drivers and the office staff.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The owner's son was very rude over the phone and began arguing because he couldn't be bothered to check the system for information. Spoke to the owner to complain who said he 'doesn't care what happened' he will back his son over any customer. AVOID THIS JOKE COMPANY!

I rang a few week ago for you to collect the skip at my property and still not been collected at all. I’m very disappointed in how bad your service is

Hi Lewis, unfortunately we can’t always pick up at customer request and collections are scheduled around the movements of our vehicles and staff availability.

Rang up for a skip. Woman was very rude over the phone she said she’s not sending a skip to me claiming shes had issues with my site before, never spoke to her in my life before no idea what she’s talking about. Won’t use these guys again. When you’re ungrateful like that you don’t deserve any work. Il tell all local people not to use these guys for skips.
