Awful. We agreed only last week we could keep the skip a few weeks longer as the bad weather had put the job behind. I was at work and my security alarm at home went off. It was these awful people who had managed to get past my locked gates (no idea how until I get home). I rang and rang the driver who didn’t answer UNTIL he’d left. The skip was only half full as well. Shocking behaviour absolutely shocking. Do not use this company or their sister company Sheridan skips (same number and same unpleasant rude staff).

Rang on Thursday last week, ordered a skip for delivery on the Saturday. Told would be dropped off between 11 and midday. Received a phone call at 11:05 to say the driver was there. They dropped the skip off, it was full by 12:30, rang them on the Saturday and was told that it would be collected on the Monday. Collected with no issues on the Monday. Couldn't fault them. Brill company to deal with. Cheers!

Terrible phone manners, ignorant and abusive driver. Skip delivered days late, so late I had alreadycancelled the order and called a different company. The driver totally ignored the fact that I no longer needed a skip, or that I didn't want their business, he dropped the skip on my garden(without consent) damaging plants, the driver refused to remove it until I had paid, he was very offensive and abusive. police called, skip eventually removed, however, the damage to my garden has not paid for.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Dreadful - do not use. They said I could have the skip for 2 weeks but collected after 5 days without even asking me. They argued they had done nothing wrong and would not return the skip or give me a partial refund. Fuming as I has paid upfront so could not do anything about it! Very argumentative man that I had to deal with too. Stressful experience.. would definitely not use this company again.

Delivered skip on Tuesday filled Tuesday rang them up to pick the skip up the same day.
After ringing 4 times during the week saying it needs to be removed.
Because people are throwing stuff in it and it is full. Thay Came and picked it up a week late.
And left Rubbish in my garden and refused to take it .
Saying because I had put window frames up at ithe side of the skip I had all intentions of overfilling it.
Hi Dorothy, all skips should be level filled, this is for safety reasons as the skip has to travel on the back of our wagon, boards/windows increase the height meaning it is unsafe to travel.
Its also very rare we are able to pick a skip up the same day it is delivered and you'll see on our website that all skips are hire for around 2 weeks, in many cases we will get there sooner but if we are busy it sometimes means you may have the skip a little longer.
It also isn't up to our drivers to pick up rubbish from the garden.

Very satisfied, I was a bit wary given some of the other reviews but they picked up the phone when I rang up (which I did once to order the skip and once to ask them to pick it up once we'd filled it). The guy was easy to communicate with on the phone and the skip got delivered when they said it would, it also got picked up a day or two after I rang back to say we were done, so no problems there.. so all in all it was very straightforward and everything happened as they said it would

Appalling customer service. Used twice and when the third skip was due to arrive asked for a time frame so someone could wait in for it to arrive, was stated between 10 and 12, however no skip turned up, rang and was given an excuse of a truck breaking down. Waited another three and a half hours before having to leave for the school run, still no skip despite being told a time frame between 2 and 3. When we returned to the property old skip was collected and no new one dropped off. Rang the company and received the worst customer service ever, was basically told to take my business somewhere else as it was my fault the skip wasn’t delivered, and we expected to receive a skip straightaway when there’s a two week wait. If we would have been told when we rang it would be a two week wait that would have been fine. But the way we were spoken too is disgusting. Definitely won’t be using again.

Used them twice now in 2018 and 2019 great service the staff are friendly and skips arrived on time and removed on time too. Drivers were polite and friendly and put the skips exactly where I wanted it.
