If can I don’t want give any star,on December 2024,because we will moving to Hillcrest on January 2025 we bring our son visit the Child care,a lady bring us have a tour and tell me we give her a call when we know what day to come,on 27Dec 2024 I call to center and ask when we can come to school but the lady is off day during Christmas holiday,the Director of this child care said need I bring my son come again have a tour and she want to see my son I let them know I am busy to moving house can I just bring my son come child care and skip for the second time tour,but they said I need bring my son come to center when I free,so I bring my son go center on 9/1/2024 ,i tell the Director I come today and she ask is this I bring my son together I said yes,when I come she and lady I visit first time telling me they child care is fully book and still have many is on waiting,The Director worry I can’t understand ask a lady can talking same language with me tell me again they are full and try to go other child care,my Question is if your center is fully book why ask me must bring my son come to visit second time and when I come you tell me fully book and without second time tour.Why don’t want said at phone you are fully booked..Is for funny?why waste our time?Very disappointed with the child care’s Director….

EDIT: Since being acquired by Affinity Education and being told that they will not be able to accommodate our daughter for 5 days a week next year, my husband was told to "put in your 2 weeks' notice and find somewhere else" when making an enquiry and speaking with Julie. Prior to this, our messages, emails and face-to-face inquiries were ignored. It is a shame we have to find elsewhere. We have had a much better experience compared to the previous centre. We are able to communicate with the educators through a book after every day our daughter is there and I absolutely love Ms Deep, Sarah and Cheri who work in the baby room!

Sending our first born daughter to childcare was initially filled with lots of anxiety and worry. We had never been involved in the daycare system before so we had no idea what to expect leaving our little girl in the hands of others. Fast forward 8 months and our 15 month old daughter waits for her backpack to be packed in the mornings, waves and smiles in excitement as she sees the front door as she hops out of the car, and cuddles her favourite educators when we get inside. Kidi Kingdom is her second home. She has so much love and receives so much love back from her educators, has so much fun with her friends during indoor and outdoor play and not to forget all the amazing activities put on each day. She is thriving more than we could ever have imagined or provide for her ourselves. Massive shout out to our favourites Miss Alexis and Miss Emily (all the educators are great but these girls go above and beyond). And not to forget Miss Christina and Miss Julie. Heres to a great year!

Simply amazing. My son has been attending Kidi Kingdom Hillcrest for nearly 12 months now and has enjoyed every single day! - the staff are amazing, the center is well kept and tidy & the activities they do everyday are so good for the children! - a special should out to Miss Emily, Miss Alexis as well. these two young girls do an amazing job every single day and we appreciate them so much!

We found ourselves desperately needing to find a new kindy in the middle of the year, and I am so happy we went with Kidi Kingdom in Hillcrest. Miss Julie was amazing and got us in immediately for a tour and play date. My son loved the backyard facilities and the home corner inside his pre-prep room. Miss Regina and Miss Aimee were so wonderful while he was transitioning in the middle of the year, and he settled in so quickly. He has played outside every single day, which is so important for him because he is such an outdoorsy child. All of the staff and educators know us by name and are so friendly and approachable - and even though my son has only been there a short while, he has impressed me with so many new things he has already learned. I would definitely recommend Kidi Kingdom Hillcrest!

I toured the centre and visited a couple of times with my kids in anticipation of starting here. It had nothing but good reviews and was conveniently located so I pushed myself to like it but there was something that didn’t sit right with me. Everyone I spoke to was nice, and both the indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely. What I didn’t like was how rigid the staff seemed to be - like the toddler room children (up to 2.5 years) never went out to the big yard. They didn’t go outside if it was too hot. The staff, while friendly, also didn’t seem super approachable and easy to talk to about concerns. I also saw a little girl who was quietly crying ignored on and off. Despite these minor issues I was ready to enrol when one of the kindy teachers told my son to stop crying. HARD no. I’m so glad I listened to my gut because at the centre we ended up at, everything feels right.

The Team at Kidi Kingdom at Hillcrest have been absolutely amazing. Miss Julie was super helpful and patient with us through the whole process as this was our first time and made us feel welcome during the two tours that we did. Miss Emily and Miss Alexis welcomed our daughter Amelia from the moment we walked into the room for the tour by interacting and involving her in playing with the toys and the other babies. We are constantly being communicated on what class has been up to during the day and advised how Amelia is doing in her own personal developments. The team there has continually made us feel comfortable and at ease and always have big smiles for us when we come for drop off and pick up.

Best daycare in Hillcrest! The staff are welcoming, friendly and you can tell they have a genuine love for the children and what they do and they're always doing play and activities to encourage the children's development. My little one gets so excited when we pull into the daycare carpark, he claps his hands and has the biggest smile. Can't speak highly enough about the Kidi Kingdom Hillcrest team.

I cannot thank Kidi Kingdom enough for the care they have shown my son. I visited several other daycares closer to home prior to Kidi Kingdom which just didn’t feel right. This centre is well managed, clean and the parents are well informed. Thank you Miss Julie, Miss Christina and all of the educators that contributed to my sons care. Our daughter started in the Early Learners room 3 weeks ago and we couldn't be happier! The staff at the centre are amazing - they always greet you with a smile, they are so caring towards the children and put so much effort into the daily activities.
